“The food is really good here the majority of the time. But we went in there tonight and it's 15 degrees outside and it didn't feel much warmer inside. We were literally shivering sitting there waiting for and eating our food. It's always cooler in there but for shit sakes. Customers want to eat in a comfortable environment without their food getting cold before they can eat it.“

“Quick drive thru lane. Easy to understand the person on the speaker. They repeat your order back to you so there is no confusion. Pretty quick even at busy times and there can be a line. I've never received a bad or wrong item. Breakfast is awesome! The hash browns aren't greasy! Food is well prepared. It's one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Clean inside with nice hellos when you enter.“

“Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I can not hype this basket up anymore than I already have. Wonderful food and service.“

“I have to say, i have been going to this Arby's for a long time now, and the service there was always uninviting... until tonight! I came through the drive through with a coupon, and the lady on the other end was more then welcoming!!! She even apologized for maybe a 3 min wait. Amazing service this evening. I only wish i would've got her name.“

“I absolutely love this Subway, whether I go in or order off of the app the people are friendly and make you feel welcome. The manager is a sweetheart and does a great job at running this place. Always a clean place, I've seen others where there are garbages overflowing or sticky tables and such, but from the parking lot to the counter it's always clean.“

“After eating Burger King since I was a kid 40 years ago, tonight I had probably the best sandwich I've had from any fast-food place. It was super fresh, put together well, and tasted fantastic. Nice job team at the Shakopee Burger King.“

“I was actually quite impressed with the guy working the drive thru window the other night! While i never need a reason to visit your location, i came for a special reason that night. My daughter wanted a Chicken Quesadilla but it was not gonna happen since the grill was already closed down by 9pm. Seems that grill is a pain to work with and it's a bit of an unwelcome addition to your kitchen! But the guys working there did their very best to make up for the problem! I ordered a couple chicken soft tacos with cheese only as a hopeful substitute. When i got home, not knowing what was in the bag, my daughter and i were pleasantly surprised. The guys did their best to make a quesadilla without the grill. They included a note as well. Impressive. And my daughter was pleased with what she got. Keep up the good work there and i'll be back. Give the guy working the window on 4 February a raise. He stepped up. Again, i was impressed and i'll be sure to get there a bit earlier before the grill closes next time!“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“
