From the moment I interacted with him, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. His customer service really stood out, and you can tell he takes pride in his work and in making customers feel welcome.

Employees like Chase are exactly what make a business successful. He showed great leadership, attention to detail, and a positive attitude that you don’t always see. Honestly, after seeing how he handled everything, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he ended up running the place. Dairy Queen should seriously consider promoting Chase R. to General Manager — he has the professionalism, work ethic, and people skills to absolutely crush it in that role. Give this guy a raise and a promotion!“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.“

“Always be sure to check for sauce packets or ask for more when they give you your food. Sometimes you get none, sometimes you get different sauces (mild or hot instead of fire), sometimes you get too few (1 sauce pack per taco???) or sometimes you get the right amount at this location.“

“We go to Culver's in WBL a few times a month. My oder for the Bacon, cheese Butterburger has yet to be correct. Always missing an ingredient. This past Wednesday we went. Our meal was good and arrived quickly. When we ordered our dessert
it was so tiny we thought it was a joke. We ordered the flavor of the day. It truly barely covered the bottom of the dish. For $6 something I expect better. I love this location and have just decided it eon't be perfect so we continue to go. I have spoken to employees there and now just except that our order will usually not be correct. “I went to 4 different grocery stores looking for taco salad bowls. Defeated, I drive home. Then I see it, the chicken salad taco bowl ad in the window. I would discover not only could I buy a taco salad shell, but that it would still be warm, and come in a container to keep it safe for the ride home. All that for a mere dollar, and some change. We ordered at the kiosk the staff could not remember to give any of us drinks with our orders and then acted dumbfounded when we asked for them and then forgot a fork for the taco salad and there is none out eith the drinks. Oh also the their original taco sauce is trash it was like watered down catsup their hot and Diablo were good though.“

“The individual working here are hard working and take on so much since they are under staffed. I went in today inside to order and one gentleman was running both the counter and drive through. Another was filling orders while I believe two people worked making our food with care. *** THEY WORKED HARD. “This location is one of the busiest locations, but the staff does a really good job working together to get the food out, maintain customer service, and it is very clean. One suggestion that would improve the wait time for customers in-store is if the online orders did not funnel through the main line and instead funneled through a separate work station where a worker or manager could help with focusing just on getting the catering and online orders. This would help keep the line moving in-store as opposed to workers having to stop to do online orders in between customers. Looking at the “aka info” review that is likely what they saw happening with only two workers (1 cook, 1 up front) at that time. Also, that person’s account looks like they have a long history of going around purposely giving places bad reviews to either get free food or some kind of acknowledgment from google. The restaurants or businesses can flag the review from their end as fake or deceiving and request the removal of the review. It was a bit malicious to take photos of the employees and post them to google like that.“

“The manager of the Oak Park Heights Jimmy John’s, and the drivers working there, were lifesavers for me on my wedding day yesterday! I had to get food FAST to feed my family and friends while they were helping to set up the tables and decorations for the reception, and these guys were willing to be flexible with their delivery zone and bring a platter out to help all of my hungry friends and relatives get through the day. “I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks. I order on the app and pickup in the drive thru. My order is always correct and the app makes it easy to enter customizations. I have never been inside, but it’s super convenient that they have a play place for families. More customers should use the app for easy ordering, online specials, and to get reward points or crowns. “This location has some really sweet staff members and they do a good job. Occasionally there's an error especially since the line will randomly go from completely empty to 6 cars all hours of the night it seems, so don't forget to check your bag before you drive off.
Wendys seems to have just upped their prices and slightly altered their menu though, which is disappointing with the lack of good coupons in the app, but it's still not a terrible price.“
