“This is the second time I’ve ordered a cake from St.Croix Bakery. I spoke to Charles
(the owner) a few times now and every time I see him, he’s always welcoming and happy. Last year they did a cake for my wife and I was delighted by the cake and its taste.
It was that time of year again and this time I was honored to meet their very skilled and talented Bakery Chef McKenna. She cared about what I wanted and stuck to what I asked. From the taste and texture, to the size and portion, I was absolutely blown away by the dedication and effort to bring this on time for my wife. My wife too, was in love with the cake. We brought the cake to Olio restaurant and the staff and people at other tables were in awe.
I would highly recommended St.Croix Bakery to anyone who needs a well tasting desserts and treats especially if you are glutted free!

Summer offers patio seating. Shop inside from local artisans as well for special and unique gifts for anyone. My absolute favorite lunch spot in downtown Hudson.“

“Just had a beautifull crusted Parmesan Valley at Pier, been fortunate to be served by Johnatan! This handsome charming boy has some fantastic interpersonal soft skills, got me by surprise with quick chitchat when I realised his superb knowledge level of geography.. Specifically about Armenia! What a pleasant way to get connected with customers . Thanks Johnatan, we will definitely be back!. BTW, smart and proactive Management would use Johnatan's charisma, outgoing character and h people connecting skills for future International relations specialist for this establishment when you decide to spread, make branches in different country. “Haven’t been here in a long time and picked it up last nite. Highly recommend! All dishes we got were fresh and delicious! My daughter has celiac and sam said anything on the menu can be gluten free, she loved the chicken and broccoli and he even packaged it separately to ensure it was safe for her. Highly recommend!“

“Second day gluten free tried Minnesota thin crust with sausage and pineapple. And a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The pizza was so good. Just as good as Ronallys or Savoy. The cookie was amazing too. Warm crispy on the outside and soft inside. I had no idea gluten free could be just as tasty as wheat based pizza and cookies.

“We had a table of 12 people at Red Rock Bar & Grill on Easter Sunday (3/31/24). The food was very good and we enjoyed having a private dining room for our family. Our servers ( Mimi and Aiden) were not only good at their jobs, but very likeable and engaging with our group. We had family from Eau Claire, WI, Spring Valley, WI, Somerset, WI, Wyoming, MN, Inver Grove Heights, Woodbury and Cottage Grove, MN in our group. “I literally used to live here 3-4 days a week during lunch. I can't say enough for the nonchalance of the staff on my 2nd/3rd weekly visit. No sarcastic "welcome back", just nice friendly staff and quick, consistent service.
Some days, I swear the chef(s) was/ (were) testing me and adding a little more bubble to the crust. If it was intentional? Who's to say. But I noticed. The culinary reprieve with a only slightly (dare I say microscopically) more complex crust gave me the drive I needed to make those rare, yet memorable, 3rd weekly visits.
Have I said too much? I can't say enough. It's literally like every other Punch, but idk - they all hit different.“

“I had a lovely visit into Nadia Cakes today. It’s been at the top of my list on my trip to MN. It’s a very cute cupcake shop that honors Abby and her talents. I wish I could try all the cupcakes they all sounded very delightful. I ended up getting the say you’ll remember me, the award winning cheesecake one, and honey bunny I think it was called and mmmmm it was perfect. I also loved that Abby has signed books in store. I guess it was my two in one stop shop. I was lucky enough to complete my signed books collection. Now… can we get a shop in Seattle?“

“Hadn't been to Noodles and Company in a hot minute, but we decided to go for lunch. I had the linguine fresco and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan bowl. Both of them were very good! I was pleasantly surprised how good mine was. It's not something I would normally order, but I'm glad I tried it. The person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I would recommend you check out if you haven't.“

“I stopped in here today, a cold wet December lunchtime, and got an absolutely wonderful bowl of hot and sour soup. The flavors were perfect… it was fresh tasting with a great balance of hot and sour and a lot of tofu; it was just delightful. So delightful in fact that I got the Thai basil chicken and took it home for dinner (-: Just finished having that for supper and it also was awesome! Service was prompt and very polite, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the menu was broad. I asked another couple who were there having Pho, and they said it was always fantastic, so I will be going back regularly. There’s nothing more warming and comforting than a big bowl of pho on a cold winter day!“

“Had noodles many times, but tonight we really noticed the quality of service. A young girl, high school aged, took our order and was extremely helpful and engaged with our kids. Awesome start. Then the nicest guy from the kitchen brought out our food. Very kind, polite, helpful. Rare these days.“
