I was extremely impressed by Nathan's caring, attentive, personal service! I have food sensitivities, and Nathan took the time to look at the menu with me, suggesting options he thought would work, and then helping me to narrow my choices down to one I would especially like. He also suggested a solution that averted my husband's dairy sensitivity from being triggered. He treated us as though we were his only table, frequently stopping by to see how we were doing and making sure my water glass was never empty. The food was delicious, and the complimentary BIRTHDAY Cake I received could've fed SIX of us! It was a very special birthday dinner, which I've been raving about ever since (especially because of Nathan's service!). Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! Never had an order messed up, never had rude service and never had anything but an excellent experience!!“

“I just want to say that this is, without a doubt, the best McDonald’s in Minnesota—100%. The quality here is consistently outstanding. The burgers taste better than at any other McDonald’s I’ve tried, not just in Minnesota, but possibly in the entire United States.
Please keep up this level of quality—it really stands out. The team working here is clearly doing an amazing job. Honestly, the people preparing the food deserve recognition for their work. “Food is normally fresh and served fast. If you're unhappy with your meal, just ask and they will give you a fresh replacement. Bathrooms are maintained and cleaned when I have been there. A good sign that is active and good management in place.“
