I had the kimchi and pork sando and it was really good. It had good proportions of toppings and was not stingy with the amount of meat which is always a plus! My only suggestion would be if the pork were just a little softer, it would make it easier to eat because the sandwich form factor is very delicate.
Mahalo (Tuna Poke, Lettuce, Avocado, Yellow Onion, Sesame Seed, Wonton Chip)This concept. Love. Surprisingly filling, this sushi sando definitely hits that sneaky little sushi craving spot, but is admittedly messier and harder to eat than a sushi burrito (probably the world's 5th greatest invention) or traditional onigiri. Stopped in for a late afternoon snack. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our orders came timely. I wished my sammie was a little bigger. I got the Saigon 88 and my dining partner got the koketoro. Ample toppings, well presented. Love this space, would come back to try another vendor at this food hall.
