“The food here is fantastic! Thanh Luong was the veggie place my (non-veg) parents took me to in Minnesota when I went to visit them for the first time and we were blown away. Great variety of options, staff who are knowledgeable about the vegan options, and while I may be biased from California prices, I think it is very reasonably priced for the large portions. My parents always have leftovers, and I often do too, or I am just very full… lol. Personally, I have mostly visited when it is cold (especially to me!), so the soups are my favorite. Great broths, unique veg proteins, and fresh veggies. My dad has tried a variety of their rice dishes and loved them too. Since our first visit, I have been multiple times with my parents and have also taken my boyfriend. Everyone has absolutely loved it and it is a great casual family lunch out spot.”

“Beyond wonderful food! BUT…Interactions with employees are not great. Waitress was not “happy” to serve in the restaurant area, and then definitely not willing to offer a pleasant conversation over the phone for an online/delivery order. I wish the employees would have been a little bit more customer friendly and then I could give a better rating.”

“Aside from the typical coffee shop fare, you’d be remiss to not try the seasonal and featured drinks here.

I’m typically a black coffee guy, but this blueberry strudel latte hit on all marks.

It’s attached to unmapped brewing so it’s also very dog friendly and there happens to be a great free library with a tiny thrift shop plus plenty of coffee provisions and art for sale.

“Free wifi! (doesn’t appear that you have to order food)! If you want to dine in, unfortunately, the tables/booths are usually occupied with solo surfers. Only the drive-through seems busy. It’s like a library with coffee if you want that, or not.”

The vibe at this Caribou is so pleasant— it is now my “go to” place to sit— relax—- and have my drink. I highly recommend.”
