Waitress was not “happy” to serve in the restaurant area, and then definitely not willing to offer a pleasant conversation over the phone for an online/delivery order. I wish the employees would have been a little bit more customer friendly and then I could give a better rating.”

“Incredible experience. My boyfriend and I came in fairly late after a concert on a Saturday night, and we were greeted politely by staff and seated immediately. Jake was our server and he was awesome. Despite having a long and busy night, he was very friendly, on top of things, and gave us some good laughs. He went above and beyond! The food came out quick and was fresh and hot. We are very pleased with our experience. Great food and even better service.”

Her timing, attentiveness, and positive energy elevated the entire evening — she’s a true gem and a reflection of great hospitality. We were also so impressed by the **manager**, who personally stepped in to bring out our appetizers with such kindness and professionalism. It showed true leadership and teamwork — and we noticed! 👏 The food was delicious, the atmosphere vibrant, and the service absolutely top-notch. “Omg. I am so mad at myself! I have thought about coming here for so long but for some reason always forgot… ILL NEVER FORGET AGAIN. It was so good and way better than I even expected. Juicy, massive, well seasoned, hot in regards to both temperature AND spice! I normally am bummed by spice levels but felt like these actually align. The kale slaw was perfect on the side to cool down the heat along with the sauce, pickles and bread. I actually ended up creating my own “Nashville chicken sandwich” with half my meal. One slide bread, Sauce, Kale slaw, 2-3 Pickles, Juicy Tender. So good, so filling, great price. $15 with tip. I’ll be back today😂❤️”

“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Culver's is fast food. Its not like McDonald's. Whats different is they do have different salads to choose from I think 3 kinds. They serve chili and other soups. Sometimes chicken noodle . They have chicken strips kids meals with a free scoop of ice cream. They have grilled cheese sandwiches. They have pretzel bites and onion rings They have custard icecream chocolate or vanilla. And different sundae dishes. My sons enjoys eating at Culver's. And my adult son with autism likes me to get his meals there. When he works at dollar tree as being a cashier thier. And works long hours on Sunday. I usually run there to get him and his boss lunch. And his co workers jump in with the boss and my son. So then I had a big food order to pick up for all the workers at dollar tree and they enjoyed having thier lunch break. Its Quick to get a meal if you order on line. Its reasonable price. It can cost alot if you order alot of food and getting drinks or shakes and custard Icecream. But if you feel like it's too much for your budget. The value meals cost more. But as a parent. I would order the kids meal for myself to save money. The food is good. But I wouldn't eat it everyday. Because then you would get tired of the same foods. But the service is good. Plenty of parking. And you can eat inside or take the order to go. Thank you. I hope this helps.”

“I ordered a hot decaf latte and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted—decaf coffee can be tricky to get right. I liked it so much that I went back to buy their beans. They had both regular and decaf options, so I picked up one of each. The staff were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. When I asked them to grind my beans for a moka pot, they took extra care to get the grind size just right. As a nice touch, they even gave me a cute gift card with my purchase. Prices were reasonable, and overall I would highly recommend this place!”

“I had delivery service and it arrived hot and fresh. I have to say that for the price they're pretty darn good. It's one of the few restaurant deliveries in my area that's consistently pretty good and not expensive. I had the lasagna and the ciabatta garlic bread with the side Caesar salad. Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. I will from now on only be frequenting this Caribou for the simple reason I will never cheat on my dear Mitch, he is the only barista for this Minnesota Momma.”
