“You MUST stop here!

My husband and I snuck away to Nisswa for an anniversary celebration. The weather was gross (sleet and slush) so we were looking for a nice coffee shop to hunker down to read for a while.
The Courtyard ended up being the perfect spot!

The songbird bagel was delicious (that mustard, WOW) and the iced Miel was to die for. We each ordered a second one for the road!

The service was top notch. The cashier was friendly, and the owner checked on us regularly, striking up a conversation about our weekend away. He even swung around again and gave us 2 cookies for the road - I can’t make this stuff up.

We will absolutely be back :)”

“We came here tonight for my parents’ 49th wedding anniversary. We had never been here before, sadly. My mom has Parkinson’s and so do ing out isn’t easy. We were seated at the most accessible table for her. The staff was beyond amazing and so well trained. Extra special praise to our server, Mallory.”

Once I filled out my form Dyana made sure we kept in contact to make sure everything was correct! When we got the flowers I was in awe about how beautiful everything was! Parking: Shared parking with other businesses but I've seen tour busses and school busses navigate through without incident

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are a great! Choice of a variety of kids sandwiches, comes with cookie, chips or applesauce. A fountain drink, bottled drink, juice or milk, and there's always a kids activity included.

Wheelchair accessibility: Two separate wheel chair accessible entrances at this plaza.”

“I don’t typically write reviews, but I went to this restaurant 1.5 months ago and had their chicken salad sandwich and a bloody mary. I became a part of the clean plate club that day. This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. The buns, the perfect temperature of the chicken salad, love and kisses in every bite. The fries were also amazing as well as the Bloody Mary. I live like 3 hours away but have thought of driving that far just for this sandwich. I think about it so much I had to come and write a review because it crosses my mind more than it should. The waitress was also super nice! One day I will be reunited with this sandwich again!”

“We may have higher expectations for the food or we didn’t select the best menu items which evidently is the pork chop. At any rate we appreciated being seated by Pat and told what is good and also the history of the building.
I ordered a Cosmo but immediately knew it wouldn’t be great. It was red vs light pink. Oh well?‍♀️
Ordered popovers for the four of us. They were good. Here’s the menu items we had - the flatiron steak (chewy), shrimp scampi but must order angel hair pasta as a side otherwise it comes with nothing, the Pot Pie - very good crust but mostly vegetables and less chicken.
It was a very slow night - only 4 tables of diners. Maybe that impacts the kitchen.
We did appreciated the quiet atmosphere but not the flies that decided to dine on our food while we were eating.”

“Great pizza, inviting little shop you could sit down at or eat out. Guys were friendly with me and had my order to go ready pretty quick. Eating in would get cramped fast in if it was busy but I'll order again from them next time I'm in Pequot Lakes!”
