Amazing restaurant! The ambiance was warm and made you feel tucked away in a cabin in the woods. The service was great and our needs were always met. The food and drinks were amazing! I had the old fashioned and it was balanced well, and the bourbon tasted great! I also got the Walleye Filet, and I have to say, it was the biggest filet I have ever gotten anywhere! We believe Sherwood North is the best restaurant within a 50 mile radius based on its food quality, its atmosphere, and its authentic neighborly approach to its customers. The 2 inch high pork chop is an extrarodinary entree; the popovers are delicious; and the walleye is one of the best up north. We also appreciate that the owners are present, friendly, and genuine, instead of a corporate ownership staffed by employees who may or may not be there tomorrow.

The historical log building will take your breath away, then you will have service second to none, and the food is so delicious you'll be back! Comfortable style, like being home. We're looking forward to sitting on the back deck when the snow melts.
