“A Great hidden pizza place! I had the XL three toppings, cheese bread & dry-rub chicken wings. The dry-rub was alittle salty but overall everything was hot & fresh. The pizza had loaded fresh toppings. The mountain of cheese was dreamy. I was surprised by the warm pizza box. Delivery was 45 minutes, but worth the wait. Recommend to try this place once. Review the online menu for coupons and daily sales before ordering.“

“This was our first time here. We went to use the sports simulator bay and there were some issues. Dion came over and went above and beyond - not only fixing the bay, but putting us up in the other one until the one that was registering better was completely fixed. He then made sure we enjoyed ourselves and were not worried about the time limit nor the time wasted.

Dion was very pleasant, personable & very likable. Definitely would go back during a time he is working (weekends on the simulator side if you want to go and tip him at the bar ?)“

Wheelchair accessibility: I drive a four wheel scooter and am able to get in and out fairly easily. The door doesn't have a handicap button but staff has always been helpful and opened to door for me going in and out.“

“I wasn't quite satisfied with the individual slices I ordered for lunch. The toppings and the sauce/cheese were good but those are the main positives. The slices were paper thin and floppy, but the crust was cooked to a crisp, making it impossible to fold the pizza. I tried to hold it with both hands but the size was too big so I had to resort to cutting it into smaller pieces. The food was expensive but despite the large slices the actual pizza was not very substantial. The atmosphere and the people were nice but I was not impressed by the food itself. Perhaps this is only an issue with by the slice orders since most other pizzas pictured in the reviews seem to be far more substantial.“

“Second day gluten free tried Minnesota thin crust with sausage and pineapple. And a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The pizza was so good. Just as good as Ronallys or Savoy. The cookie was amazing too. Warm crispy on the outside and soft inside. I had no idea gluten free could be just as tasty as wheat based pizza and cookies.

Dietary restrictions: The whole menu is gluten free.“

We ordered a large chicken Alfredo pizza, a medium mushroom and onion pizza and a small pizza fries and all 3 are delicious. The gentleman that took our order on the phone and the delivery driver were both very polite and the pizzas even got here about 15 minutes earlier than what we were expecting. “We come to the grocery side and buy pizza dough,sauce , and Vienna bread. Along with a few Italian candies , cookies. We are vegan so this is pretty much all we can get here. They have imported Italian food items, along with fresh produce and ready made items.
They are always busy. That's the down side. Parking is available, usually goes fast. They have a parking attendant. Always great.
One cashier had one glove that they used to get bread....one glove, that they put on and take off..over and over. The next time we asked if they could use a parchment sheet to pick up the bread.

Wheelchair accessibility: Large double doors. I can't say that I have noticed a handicap parking spot. There are no stairs to enter the building. There are stairs inside.“

“I literally used to live here 3-4 days a week during lunch. I can't say enough for the nonchalance of the staff on my 2nd/3rd weekly visit. No sarcastic "welcome back", just nice friendly staff and quick, consistent service.

Some days, I swear the chef(s) was/ (were) testing me and adding a little more bubble to the crust. If it was intentional? Who's to say. But I noticed. The culinary reprieve with a only slightly (dare I say microscopically) more complex crust gave me the drive I needed to make those rare, yet memorable, 3rd weekly visits.

Salad was good. Meatball sandwich was not bad but not great. We enjoy coming here. Older crowd with fun music, meat raffle and Bingo nights.

Employees all displayed good mannerisms and happy moods. Atmosphere, on the other hand, felt dated and unsanitary. Floors need deep scrub and fresh grout. The ceiling appears dinjy and has multiple faults/ damage. Part that made up for it was that the tables were all clean, so I had no issues picking a table“

“I am a transplant from Chicago for over ten years and I have lived in several different parts of the city which allowed me to have tried so many different pizza places. There are some decent spots until I discovered Rocco's. Most people in Chicago eat thin or a medium crust. Yes deep dish pizza is eaten too but not as the go too. Rocco's thin crust is best pizza that I have had and definably a true Chicago pizza. I believe its the sauce which brings me back to my roots. Please try it and you wont be disappointed. Rocco's is outstanding. 2 last notes. I did not rate atmosphere because it is take out place. Last they list a Chicago style pizza which sounds very different. I was told it has the sauce on top of cheese. So it must be deep dish but the menu has both listed on the menu. So I do not want to confuse anyone. I am highly recommending just the standard thin crust which really tastes like how a Chicago pizza should be. Yummy!!!! It's a solid TEN.“
