Jimmy John's in Rochester

“Always good. Always fast. Jimmy Johns is the only place in Rochester that has good sandwiches. I cannot find any place else that offers regular bread, not sub bread, and has roast beef. Plus having provolone cheese is wonderful. Most places have the same boring cheddar or Swiss cheese. Delivery is always quick. Pick up order is fast as well. Price for sandwiches is good. Keep up the great work!“

“Always good for a quick and healthy bite. Especially if you get the Unwich instead of the bun or wrap.Highly recommend adding Jimmy Peppers to you sandwiche orders to give them an extra kick of heat and spice. ?Always check your order/bag before driving away. I've had to return twice in a row, (two separate visits,) due to items missing, thankfully we eat in the parking lot so the drive wasn't far. The staff is friendly enough though and will make things right.I appreciate this chain in general and will be adjusting my score as service improves.“

“I forgot my wallet so I ended up using Apple Pay. The register was not working properly and I patiently waited for around 10mins. I finally said “I’ll just make something at home, now worries” and the manager (not sure his name) wore glasses and told me it was on them. They have great service and with their own technical difficulties the offered top service and not wasting my time to get food! Awesome staff“
