Jimmy John's in Saint Paul

“Jimmy John's isn't really my favorite sandwich restaurant, but this is the best location I can think of. There are like 8 people working there at all times, and of the several times I've gone here every time the food service is very quick (sometimes even instant).“

“I was having trouble getting the rewards section on the website to work. I had earned enough for a free favorite, so I ordered and it took the 1500 points but put up a splash page stating that I could not redeem. I called the store and your employee, Annette, was very helpful, professional and pro-active by offering to take my order over the phone and handle it herself. I appreciated not being told to contact corporate. You have a good employee in Annette!“

“This JJ's is head and shoulders above the rest. I had a somewhat unusual catering request. The other JJ's gave me the run around and flat out refused. This JJ's stepped up and said let's figure out way to make this happen and they did! The staff is such a breathe of fresh air. Thank you for good old fashioned customer service!“

“I order a sub for my dad who is in a nursing home every week. Door dash is so expensive that it’s nice that they have in house delivery to keep costs down. They are always friendly to him and 99pct right on time. He hates the nursing home food so at least one day a week he gets something he gets to look forward to. You wouldn’t think a sandwich shop could make such a big difference in someone’s life but these guys sure do.“

“Food so fast you'll freak. I used to work at a Jimmy John's so I know what goes on behind the counter. This jj location does everything right. Absolutely perfect. Only complaint would be side of town but that's outside of their control

Vegetarian options: They have a couple clearly labeled options for vegetarians as well as the option to "unwich" any menue item (replacing the bread with iceberg lettuce)
