“I placed an order for food at 10:30am and it didn't arrive until 11:15am. To be honest, I was a little hangry and upset that it was taking so long. To my pleasant surprise, the delivery driver who's name I do not know (let's just call him Jason) made the experience worth the wait. Jason apologized profusely for the order arriving late and gave me a good laugh. He was like, "I'm so sorry about the wait, it was ridiculous." His attitude and sense of humor made my whole day and the food was exquisite. So "Jason," thank you for making not only my lunch, but my day as well.“
