“I placed a detailed and lengthy order to this spot and even as it was the women's first time taking a phone order she was very helpful and accommodating to each request. I had also threw away the receipt, which I needed and several days later they were able to send me a digital copy of it when I asked. All through the phone! (the food was good too) shout out to the JJ employees!!“

“I work nearby and come here to eat for lunch once or twice a week.
I genuinely can't fathom why someone would give a bad review.
The food is Jimmy Johns, you know what you're getting when you come here.
But the thing that really puts them on a different level is the staff. I've not spoke with anyone who isn't incredibly polite and helpful. They all are always joking and laughing, everyone seems to be having a great time, it's honestly infectious. There's been a few times when I heard a worker praising another worker for doing a great job. It's just a good vibe“
