I do not ever get jimmy John’s so when I can in here they both satisfied my every need. This store needs 5 stars, atmosphere, service and deserve my gratitude. Every aspect of the Shakopee location is off the charts 5stars. Tonight there was a big miscommunication on our delivery order. However,after speaking with Alex the manager, my husband & I were put at great ease. He was knowledgeable and kind. Truly empathetic towards our feelings. I and my family will definitely continue to be regular customers. I am going to personally tell all my friends, family, coworkers & neighbors how great Alex the store manager is.
