Jimmy John's in Shakopee

“My family & I eat at the Shaopee Jimmy Johns least a few times a month. We will continue.
Every aspect of the Shakopee location is off the charts 5stars. Tonight there was a big miscommunication on our delivery order. However,after speaking with Alex the manager, my husband & I were put at great ease. He was knowledgeable and kind. Truly empathetic towards our feelings. I and my family will definitely continue to be regular customers. I am going to personally tell all my friends, family, coworkers & neighbors how great Alex the store manager is.

“I almost didn’t come here because of some of the reviews. I was expecting slow service, rude employees, and a sloppy sandwich, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. I’m honestly glad I did because my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected.

The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, acknowledged me right away, and got my order started quickly. The restaurant was clean, the employees looked like they actually cared, and my sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it. Everything tasted fresh, the bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp, and they didn’t skimp on the ingredients.

I don’t know if this location has improved a lot recently or if some of the negative reviews are exaggerated, but based on my visit, I don’t think the current rating really reflects the experience I had. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but it’s not fair to judge a place forever because of a few bad experiences.

If you’re on the fence because of the reviews like I was, I’d recommend giving this Jimmy John’s a shot and deciding for yourself. I was pleasantly surprised, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s nice to see a place that seems to have stepped up its game or maybe just never deserved some of the criticism in the first place.“
