“This is the best Jimmy John’s and I am truly sorry to a couple other stores for saying that. Hayley made my sandwich so fast that I, quite frankly, wasn’t “freaked” out, I was almost in shock! All of the other staff were very helpful and friendly as well and the food was super tasty. Thank you 9th street!“

“I had an order mistake recently that Ahmed, the general manager, and his team took ownership of and comped my full next meal I appreciate an individual franchise taking this kind of ownership and really making a great experience in the end.
My meal was evenn on fresh-baked bread that was still warm; an experience I've never had at any Jimmy Johnson's until today.
I'm rarely here during regularly lunch hour, but it's good to know their dining space has an airy feel with a view over 2nd Avenue.“

“I ordered no ice in my drink but there was ice when it was delivered. Not a big deal but then I got a call a little bit later from Jimmy John’s and the delivery driver came back with new drinks without ice. I really appreciate the effort!“
“Always a good experience coming to this Jimmy Johns, rarely have any issues at all. Sandwiches are always good, Big John is the best, easily, gotta leave the bread in though!They should probably add a handicap button on the door though, some people could have serious issues opening the door!“

“Best Jimmy John’s there is, and the STAFF is why. The team is kind, consistent, and clearly enjoy working together making the experience of going in there very nice. They are extraordinarily kind. My orders are always on time even on the busiest of days. Never had an issue with delivery, app ordering, or in person.“

“Came in right at closing and Shaniqua (Mia) was very friendly and offered to make my sandwich despite the time.
The website and Google said they closed at 10 but actually close at 9.

“Can't say much about ordering in person but I work just down the street, literally 2 minutes. 10/10 with this Jimmy John's location very rarely and I mean RARELY have they ever gotten my order wrong, which they're human it happens from time to time! They're always incredibly fast with delivering and I always have nice interactions with their staff when they drop off my order. My coworkers and I order from this spot at least once a week!“
“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“
