“This was my first time coming to this Location, I was greeted by the manager Brady, he’s truly a God send. He remade my order because it had been sitting for a while. Told me about delay ordering and still gave me the sandwich I ordered ahead of time. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be making this my personal favorte Jimmy John’s.! Thank you Brady.!!!“

“Got the wrong food delivered, not a huge issue mistakes happen. When I called I was instantly told they will make my order again and send it over, and that it might be a while. Within 10-15 minutes the correct order shows up for me, great service“
