“I just want to say that the store manager, Dustin, is the best. He must’ve sensed that I was having a rough day. When I wanted my coffee just re-heated, he offered to make a new one for me instead and delivered it to my table. I just had to say goodbye to my best friend, my dog, that week and it had been a hard week! Dustin’s random act of kindness was a reminder that there will be good people and good times ahead. Thank you.“
“I always do online orders whenever I order from here due to severe social anxiety. But whenever I come in, the workers are kind and make sure to say a quick hello. Every now and again when I get there early and wait inside, they ask what I'm waiting for, and I always tell them to take the time they need, and to prioritize what is more important. Despite that, they are always quick in their work, and make what I order perfectly. These baristas deserve more credit for what they do. ❤️ y'all are appreciated so much.“
“I NEVER order Starbucks, and I had an inkling on getting some coffee. Well being a total noob at this I asked the barista what she would suggest. And I have to say she knocked it out of the park!!! That salted carmel cold foam was to die for. So thank you barista for giving me a wonderful drink.“

“Love Madison Avenue Starbucks store. I like how they know my name, my drink and say hello when I come in and thanks when I leave!I also change my drink recipe and they remember the changes even when they’re swamped!

“Both my and my mom's coffee tasted off my whiteboard mocha tasted like vanilla and my mom's non coffee drink tasted like coffee. Didn't bother staff as they were busy just chatted and left. Staff was nice we just didn't want to be a bother“
“I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.“
“I was surprised at the amount of time it took. No one at the drive-thru or in the store, yet my mobile order for one iced coffee that had been placed 10 minutes earlier want ready. And because we were across the street beforehand, it was clear no one else had been at the store that I just missed.
