“My husband and 2 year old granddaughter dined in tonight at this location. A group of 5 teenagers were causing a disruption in the dining area. Bouncing a basketball and throwing trash on the floor, left trash on 3 tables then they moved to a different table. An employee asked them to please pick up their trash and they got mouthy with her and started swearing and refused to pick up the trash. 2 men at separate times went up to them and told them to knock it off or leave. An EMPLOYEE of Culvers named NOAH who was working also got mouthy with one of the customers and was laughing and siding with the disruptive teenagers. (one said he was 14). i sure hope i never see that employee NOAH at this location again or i will not be at that restaurant again.“

“For a fast-food place, it was GREAT. We came in with coupons two afternoons in a row and found Gaby (I believe that was her name), the GM, taking our order. She was INCREDIBLY professional and organized, and so was her team. I rarely see anything like this in a fast-food restaurant; most places mess up your order or make a fuss over coupons. The restaurant was impeccably clean and inviting. The food was even quite tasty: a step up from McDonald's, for sure. Why don't more people come here? Loved the fries and their Deluxe Cheeseburger, especially! The cherry-dipped cone was a real treat. I'll be back.“

“I absolutely loved this Crumbl Cookies location! The cookies were fresh, warm, and packed with flavor — every bite was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and welcoming. I also loved how easy it was to order and how quickly everything was ready. “I took my parents to Crumbl in Eagan, and they weren’t sure if they’d like it at first — but they ended up absolutely LOVING it! The cookies were fresh, warm, and so delicious. We tried a few different flavors, and every single one was amazing. The staff was super friendly and patient while we decided what to get, and the store smelled heavenly the moment we walked in. My parents are already talking about which flavors they want to try next time! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — it’s worth every bite! The only thing that I don't like about this location, is it is very far from my home! :)“

“This place was good but at the same time not totally what I expected !

I got the lotus biscoff waffle. The waffle itself was tasty - crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I didn't taste a whole lot of biscoff flavor though. There were mainly some crumbles and 2 cookies up top, but otherwise tasted like regular vanilla ice cream with some caramel drizzled.

The bubble waffle wasn't filled all the way and there were empty pockets where ice cream could have been.

The taiyaki looked to be advertised with ice cream inside but I ended up getting the custard one that tasted very egg-like instead of vanilla custard flavored. I love eggs but didn't like the flavor of this much. It may have been my mistake that I didn't read the description properly but there are pictures on the walls of taiyaki with ice cream so I guess I was expecting the flavors to be different.

Otherwise the service was pretty good - they made everything fresh so there is a slight wait but it's not too bad.“

“I got a cookie cake for a present for family member and there was a change in plan last minute, they worked with the change and were extremely helpful and polite with the order.He loved the cookie cake and shared it with several people, his favorite cookie is snickerdoodle. “My daughters birthday is in two days and she saw a cake from Cold Stone that she fell in love with that she wanted. I went to order it on-line and it was not offered. I called the location closer to my home in near Rosemount area and was told they no longer make the cake I wanted, was not offered another solution and basically "hung" up. Decided to call the Eagan location and am so glad I did. I was greeted by a gentleman named Ankit, who was extremely helpful. He told me that it is not offered to order on-line but he would be more than happy to make it for me! Went through the process, he made suggestions, offered additonal insight into colors, etc. He was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I won't pick up the cake for a couple days so haven't tasted it, but Ankit deserves a huge thank you and recognition for truly making her birthday special. Thank you.“

“Best Dairy Queen ever! We drive 30 minutes to order our birthday cakes here. My oldest daughter is gluten free and they do an awesome job making her a custom cake with Heath instead of the cookie layer. I love that it’s boldly written on the order form and with marker on the cover so I feel confident they made it GF. This is our latest cake ❤️ My husband said “she wants unicorn colors” when he ordered it. We were all blown away by how cute it is! Above and beyond for sure. Thank you Farmington DQ!!!“
