“my friends and i were ordering a pizza for dinner and we cannot do math for the life of us. the guy we talked to on the phone was so helpful, he was giving us price updates every time we added something to our order to fit our budget. the guy heard the wrong street name and called us about 20 minutes after we ordered, we missed the call and called back 10 minutes later. The guy we were on the phone with realize the mistake and gave us our whole entire order for free. once the delivery guy arrived, we then realized that they also gave us free brownies. dominos, you are doing an amazing job, thank you so much!“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

We recently moved to Lakeville and the Papa Murphy's on Heritage Drive has never disappointed. “I've been a customer of the Eagan location for more than 30 years driving all the way from far west Bloomington because the pizza was so good. I always order thin crust pizza. The sauce has always been the best around. I hadn't been there since May 2025. This time (October 2025) the sauce seemed like plain Hunts Tomato Sauce -- no seasonings whatever -- and the cheese and toppings tasted bland. Unsure of why, when i got home and researched -- discovered the business was sold May 2025. It''s not the same anymore. Don't think I'll ever go back.
EDIT: As a long time customer, I decided to go back to give them another chance. I was happily surprised my pizza was made to the original recipe. Whether the visit prompting my negative review was an unfortunate lapse, or some negative reviews sent them back to the traditional recipe, I'll now not give up on them. I've changed my 1-star review to a 4-star review.“

Parking: This is located in a strip mall with several other stores including a Cub Foods. They all share a huge parking lot. I have never had trouble parking here and they always seems to be busy when I am there.“

“Maybe it was the two disappointing, overcrowded lounge visits, but finally eating here was a smart decision. I am not a stranger to Settebello as they started in SLC. However, it took me a while to stop by this one at MSP. In my defense, the two other times I saw it I was rushing by to make connections so didn't feel like I had time. The pizza was exactly the same as I have had at the restaurant which elevates it way above other airport food fare. It is a few dollars more than at the restaurant, but some places in the airport have much bigger markups. The only thing I would do differently is not add garlic to my pepperoni pizza. I thought it would be sauteed, but it was more raw and while, not bad, was a little strong for my liking. Anyway, for my sake and the sake of my connecting flight neighbors, I would skip it next time. Or, ask them to go very light on it. They do have a slightly misleading sign that says made to order pizzas cook in 90 seconds. I knew that only meant cook time and not prep time, but I could see someone rushing for a flight might have other expectations. I timed it and it was less than 9 minutes, but there was not like for to go orders. The restaurant was busy though. I was extremely happy with the speed and the pizza was amazing as always. I have tried their other pizzas and if you like authentic pizza napolitano, you won't be disappointed. The others might be a little too authentic for me so I like the way less authentic pepperoni (which uses pepperoni the meat and not the bell pepper as we are in the US after all). I usually grab Shake Shack in the airport, but the lines are usually long and, while good, I think I will be skipping it for Settebello at MSP from now on.“
