You have to be one of the best chefs in the business if you are able to get my husband to eat a salad! Many thanks to Chef Jeff and his staff for providing one of the best meals we have ever had for our wedding day!
We contracted with Chef Jeff at True Tastes Catering (through Anita's Café) for our wedding on Oct 22 2016. From our first tasting to the meal, everything was perfection. He worked with us, was professional, and actually was delicious. We had the southwestern salad, champagne chicken (which was NOT dry or rubbery, but served perfectly), a carving station and some veggies. After having tried several caterers, we were so pleased that we chose this one.

Delicious foods at the counter-service cafe, including great soups and some kind of homemade tortilla chips that are incredibly tasty. Chef Jeff is really one of the local gastronomic gems in this town. They cater events right there at the Landmark Center, offering great formal lunch and dinner selections.
