“Solid 4, loved this place!

Service is fast, I think the staff at this location knows how to streamline the process for efficiency. I heard some people say they were unfriendly, but the staff was calm and focused at such busy time. Very smooth with troubleshooting when ingredients had ran out.

Their smoked salmon sandwich with asiago bagel was great! Cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes and Plain Cream Cheese on a kettle-boiled bagel with Asiago. Creamy, cheesy, and the salmon was good. Filling.

Chai latte was creamy.
Chocolate chip cookie had crusty dough and nice gooey chocolate pockets. Not my favourite, but pretty good.

Only note is, the ordering kiosk requires patience, and might be confusing to split the sandwiches into different groups depending on where you’re seeing the menu.

“I went here because my mom said that the turkey bagel with tomato paste was delicious because she used to have it in college..it…was…DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. great place to quickly grab something or eat indoors! Go eat it for lunch today! You will be very pleased with your decision.“

“Was traveling and as we were waiting for our plane, we got some breakfast. It was def on the pricer side, but I will say that we got 2 good bagels. It was so delicious that I still think about it to this day! When we were there, they seemed to have still been prepping and just opening up. They had tablets to order it yourself, but there were some issues with it so we were waiting by the register, which there was a worker there, and he did not help us out, although he noticed us. After a couple mins, they helped us out and too our order.“

Very nice atmosphere, friendly employee, lot of the soda options indeed are down but they got Dr pibb, sprite and coke still the best sodas lol.

“Very good bagel sandwich place. Amazing flavor. Hangover cure. Not the most economical but still amazing.

I ate something called “the stacker” or something. Classic perfect bagel sandwich.

I also purchased their twice fried hash browns. It was in the shape of a muffin. It was cheesy and nice.“

“Stopped by bruggers this weekend on what seemed like an insanely busy morning. Noticed that there were two people working a very large rush who handled it extremely well. The person who was working the register was also helping make sandwiches as quickly and efficiently as possible. Knowing this myself as I work in fast food , it can be very stressful! Every time I come here, it’s a great experience. I’m sad to see low star reviews for this place. This my #1 go to breakfast spot every weekend. The staff here has never once disappointed me. “Ordered online (the app) for pick up. Easy enough. I can't comment much on service, other than when I arrived my bagel was ready. Just a simple plain toasted, with the bacon scallion cream cheese. It was good, but it was too hot, and my cream cheese was melted everywhere - my fault for ordering it toasted?? Probably.
BUT it looked like a mini bagel! Tiniest bagel ever! Lol.
I have to say I was disappointed.
The store was clean and well kept. Nice location.
I must say, though, that I probably won't be back anytime soon.“
