“Been here several times and it’s always excellent. Beef with broccoli, Kung Pao beef, Seafood Galaxy, and other dishes have all been very tasty. The staff is super nice and service is always great. I’d happily give this place five stars, but the dumplings missed the mark — they tasted more like something from the frozen aisle than made in-house. Still, everything else has been spot on, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.“

We have caught them at busy times, even sometimes close to closing time and still find them to be timely while also maintaining a friendly demeanor. Food is always good, place is clean.

“My family has always loved ordering from Eddie Chang, and it’s truly the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. We’ve tried other places, but nothing compares to Eddie Chang’s quality and flavor. The staff is always incredibly kind, and the owner is a sweetheart who remembers my name and makes every takeout experience special. I also have some dietary restrictions, and she’s always been so accommodating and helpful. It’s always a wonderful experience.“

“Our favorite Asian restaurant in the cities. The charsu pork is better than that other place everyone who knows about bbq pork knows. The duck is awesome as is the ducksauce. The Japanese tofu I now almost have to order two plates of as it’s the family favorite. Do yourself a favor and try this place. Especially the fried green beans that my daughter eats a whole plate of each time. Hands down best Chinese food in town! Staff is always great too! “First time every going to Egg Roll King restaurant. Originally I was going to the Super World Buffet, but it was closed on Monday. Then I decided to go to another Chinese restaurant in Eagan instead, but noticed Egg Roll King on my way out of the parking lot and figured on giving it a chance. With that said.

I ordered the Beef and Vegetable plate without the cabbage. And added bamboo shoots plus a tab bit of hot spice. Didn't want it to be too hot spiced. Followed up with 2 orders of vegetable egg rolls, fried rice, plus white rice also comes with the meal. Spent about $61 and change plus tip.

The meal was enough for my wife and I to be full that night, and had leftovers for the next night. Meal was good and flavorful. Service was good, but not great. I did tip the young lady at the front as she did make sure everything was put together proper. They don't offer a military discount though.“

“Every time I come back here, I am consistently impressed. This is my first time ordering sushi which is why I am leaving a review now :) they actually gave me Japanese soy sauce for my sushi. So many places leave out the small details like that!

“A year ago I had an allergic reaction to shrimp, so I stopped eating shrimp. Today my wife ordered me wings tossed in Oyster sauce. I didn't think much of it. After two wings, I had the same allergy symptoms as I had with shrimp a year ago. I guess I developed a shellfish allergy in my adulthood.

Jennifer was incredibly kind and exchanged our food with no questions after we told her about our allergy situation. We really appreciate the understanding! 5/5 customer service. Food and atmosphere solid too.“

“My wife and I have been here many times this year and the food is always very good, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Chicken with Rice Noodles and asked for a side of Cilantro, Lime and Lettuce. The noodles and the thin sliced chicken were perfectly cooked and savory.

My wife had the Triple Delight, the whole platter was delicious, the beef was very tender while the broccoli, snow peas and other fresh vegetables were perfectly colorful and crisp.

I also loved the Vietnamese coffee:)
