But the best alternative is ordering before I leave work for pick up and it is always ready so fast and stays hot on my 30 min drive home. They package it perfectly to keep things secure and hot! “Having recently undergone redecoration the ambiance is beautiful, the food is absolutely wonderful and the service is friendly and timely. We have been going to House of Wu for a number of years and they just continue to get better and better. They might be take out only now, but don't let that deter you in any way! Some of our favorites is the cantonese style chow mein, orange chicken, and orange beef. Their curry soup is to die for, seriously. “I had a wonderful time with my daughters on Monday, and the service was wonderful. They were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and so was my drink. I liked that they offered hot tea and water right away, which many places I go to don't offer, and they ask you what to order. But here, wow, wonderful service. They asked how everything was like 3 times, refilling our water. Every time they reached for it, my glass was half full.

“Have enjoyed this restaurant for years and years. On a recent visit (January 2025), I ordered my usual panang chicken curry. It was much spicier than I remembered it, but I’m certain the fault was with my
memory, as the more bites I took, the more I realized the perfection of the spice level. I tried adding a small amount of the house-made chili sauce, but it didn’t need it. It was perfect just the way it came out of the kitchen.

“It’s hard to find based on the that is posted on the building. However, once located it was an easy and quick journey to a table. I went once by myself and then two weeks later brought to coworkers. Both times I ordered the spicy chicken lunch special. It was served with a big bowl of steamed rice. The serving size was generous and I was offered more rice both times.

The sauce on the chicken was delightful. It was also actually spicy. The first time I couldn’t finish the whole plate and left quite a few jalapeños in eaten. (The second time I was better prepared and took my leftovers with me.) Again, it was spicy. I struggle finding food that is what
I would consider spicy, and this absolutely fit the bill. I will be returning, good food, quiet atmosphere and spicy.“
