“I’ve lived in the area for years and decided to give Szechuan a try tonight. I ordered takeout and was happily surprised by the large portions. The sesame chicken is delicious and I would have it again! I definitely will be going back and recommending Szechuan to friends and family.“

“I went here one time after I was lifting. It was a nice small local place in downtown North St. Paul. The wait can be pretty long, but the cooks are working hard to make the best meals. The House Fried Rice and Chicken Lo Mein are my favorites, but I do hope to try the Beef Lo Mein on my next visit. Highly suggest coming here, and I'm definitely planning on coming back someday“

“I’ve been sick for almost a week and as I started to get my appetite back I wanted Chinese food. We usually order from Ducs in Woodbury but wanted to try something new. We ordered Cream Cheese Puffs, Orange Chicken, Chicken LoMein and Pork Fried Rice. I would definitely order from here again.“

“Wong's Kitchen is a hidden gem in St. Paul. Nothing compares to the service and food. Egg rolls are massive with flavor and orange chicken is never dried out and has a good amount of sauce unlike other spots we've tried in St. Paul. Even though we've moved out of state when we come back to Minnesota we grab Wong's Kitchen and the owner still remembers us. Hard to beat that type of customer service.“

“This is a new restaurant that opened in Inver Grove Heights 2 months ago. The owners have previously owned other well-known Japanese restaurants and have many years of experience. Upon stepping inside the restaurant, you are greeted with warm, friendly, and hospitable staff. Great traditional cute Japanese ambiance. The quality and portions of the food are great with varieties of dishes like sushi, ramen, hibachi and more. “My 1st time in there today for the buffet, also 1st people in. Asked to view the buffet...no problem. I immediately knew it was what I was looking for! It had been so long! My son was enjoying the food too. His 1st time as well. I give it a 4 stars +. a bit disappointed there was no egg foo yong? Because I liked it so well I will be going back, and I'd even go alone! waitress was great, prompt with refills or extras..napkins etc...very kind. Food was fresh as far as I could tell, taste was great! Try for being my kind of Chinese food! Ask what Ho Ho means....👌“

“It's not a dine-in restaurant but definitely I've gone here for take out and when I lived close by in Maplewood I'd have Mings deliver. But now I'm way out in farm country by Inwood Ave off 15th Avenue N St Paul so it's farmland scenery and swamp band WiFi and I wish Ming's could deliver but the delivery guy might get lost 😁 now I've never ordered with Uber Eats but I've seen pick up for Uber Eats there. It's a great place for Asian cuisine.“

“Best cream cheese wontons I have found in town. I love ordering lunch here. It's quick and good. Very friendly staff. I order online to decrease errors as English is not necessarily the first language. Always make my special requests (I have a food allergy). They will forget your pop on the meals that come with one. Fair warning if you don't ask for it probably not getting it. But otherwise the service is great. Food isn't spicy though. So if your looking for heat... I don't recommend. But nonspicy dishes are great.“

“I've been going here (well actually began eating at the original location next door) for over 25 years! It is my very favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the world! So sad to see it close! We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The family has always been so kind. Mai Village you will be greatly missed!�“

“I placed a large order through the Panda Express website during a move so I could feed everyone helping. The order included 18 items. After waiting a little over an hour the DoorDash driver arrived with only one bag and most of the order missing.

I called the store and John answered. He had recently arrived and took the time to look into what happened. He owned the situation and offered to re cook the entire order, refund the order, and even deliver the food himself. That level of accountability stood out.

He later called back and shared DoorDash picked up the remaining items. Since he processed a refund I chose to keep the order as is. Some items like the egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons were soggy from the delay, but the effort from John meant a lot.

The experience started frustrating, but John’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond changed everything. I will return to this location because of him.“

“Gone here for 15 years. I liked the larger cut onions they cook better and look better with the green peppers. I doubt there is a good steak anything anywhere. It’s a little grissly but the steak is good. Love the fried rice, chicken is good. I’m not a fan of the dudes at a register assuming one didn’t undercharge me 20.12 one day. I seen a cook twice in that time. Very good food. Fries wontons amazing. If the food were free I’d never be able to afford it. Always get food for a couple days“

“I think the bad reviews are from people coming in with the wrong expectations. This place is essentially a Panda Express. Most of the food is pre-made and sitting behind a glass window. It's super quick, pretty cheap, and the food tastes fine.“
