“We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction“

My entire order was 100% accurate, and she handled everything with both professionalism and personality. “I haven't been in this location for 2 years. I had to come back and re-do my previous review from 2 years ago. I must say I was very satisfied with everything. From the extremely polite guys working in there, to the food and atmosphere. We had our special needs daughter with us and wanted a high 5 from the guy behind the register and he didn't hesitate. That totally made her night!! So a HUGE thank you for that. We'll definitely be back.“

“I don't eat fast food very often but when I do Arby's is one of my top choices. This location was clean and the service was extremely friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken sandwich I ordered, but the young man that took my order let me know that he was being made fresh and I didn't mind at all. If I get another fast food urge while I'm in town I'll definitely be stopping by again.“

“This is hands down THE BEST place to eat! I have a special needs ( Autistic, ADHD, vision impaired) grandchild and she requests this Culvers daily. We have tried others ( The St Cloud location made us leave because of her excited squeals) but the way the entire staff treats her and the rest of us when we walk through that door in Monticello is OUTSTANDING!! They can see if she's having a tough day and they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I have NEVER taken her anywhere else in Monticello that has accepted her the way Culvers staff has. They are always polite, fast and very welcoming. I don't know all of their names but Anthony and Chad are two of her favorite people. The manager is wonderful! When my bill fold got left behind she worked hard to reach out and get it back to me, she went above and beyond and I can't tell you how very much that ment to me. We don't feel like customers, we feel like family. The staff never seems crabby or like you are a burden, they really seem to enjoy their job. That speaks volumes about management. We cannot say enough good things about the staff 😃 Thank you Monticello Culvers for accepting my Granddaughter for who she is ❤️“
