The band was high energy, the bartender Frizby was our favorite! We had a large group of us but Frizby our girl did a AMAZING job of taking care of us, it was spontaneous, we came in for a quick bite, and it ended up being an entire night to remember! “Honestly our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived early and were offered complimentary Prosecco while we waited. A small thing, but a nice touch. Old fashioned was a 10. Food was inventive, aesthetic and cooked to perfection. Server was attentive and informed. Really nice job to all involved!“

“Great place to meet and hang out with friends. Casual atmosphere. Patio seating is a favorite. They really do have excellent burgers. They do have a great selection of beer however, it would be excellent if they had hard cider on tap. You do have the option of buying a bottle of your favorite wine at the attached liquor store and enjoying it for a corking fee. The staff is long-standing and ever friendly. Haskell's will always remain a favorite.

“Drive up lane was full as our most in these times but the wait staff came out and moved a few of us vehicles to the front of the restaurant and took our orders, then delivered food. I was out of there in less than 9 minutes! Awesome!“

The "cottages" are wonderful even though there is downsizing to get done. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The food is great - besides the 'every day menu," there are specials for lunch and dinner. The menu is quite varied with chicken, beef/veal, pork, turkey and vegetarian.“

We each had a cocktail before and a glass of wine with dinner. Everyone said theirs were delicious. Our waiter was friendly, professional and very attentive. Our server Chris, was Awesome. He would check in regularly, refill our drinks, and ask if we needed anything.

“A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.“

“We’ve been to Iron Tap a few times and it never disappoints! Today we went to celebrate my son’s heavenly 3rd birthday. Initially we were okay and my daughter seemed fine but within a few minutes she decided she didn’t want to be there… the owner (or really awesome and amazing bartender) came to our rescue and offered us dinosaurs and another area to sit so my 1.5 year old could move and not bug anyone. She didn’t know us or our situation, just saw an overstimulated mother. I wish there was more I could do, because you made our celebration so special. Thank you!“

“Great place tucked into downtown Wayzata! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. A little spendy, but there are lower-priced items, and for authentic Italian food, you can't beat it. The service was fabulous - our server was very attentive and very helpful with the menu. When we had questions about the wine, the bartender brought over the wines we were considering and explained each one thoroughly. After our dinner, we went out to the patio to sit by the fire and finish our wine. It was the perfect end to a wonderful meal! I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice quiet evening with authentic Italian food!“
