We explored many of the menu options from the short rib tacos to the lobster rolls. Everyone agreed that the food was a 10/10. Bold and beautiful flavors! The presentation was also beautiful and not lacking. The relish tray like most supper clubs have, was also a pleasant experience with a cheese pâté, boiled egg, sweet pickles, potato salad and more. “Been coming here since it opened. Always have had a great experience. Most recently we had a quick snag with an overcooked steak. Our server Lauren saved the day and took care of it immediately. “Interestingly, you will hear a wide range of music in this place lol there's a rap song in the guy singing redrum redrum redrum. Don't be alarmed by this trust me there is some really cool music which I couldn't even figure out the song with the flute what it was and I asked, Kenzie, and she didn't know either she asked her manager what was playing even before I said something. The point is this is a really great place. I happen to almost get stranded here at the hotel next-door. “This is a great little spot for breakfast. It’s a quaint little spot which is completely unassuming from the outside. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with hash browns. The hollandaise sauce was fresh and delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly. My only small complaint was I asked for well done hash browns and the weren’t. No problem because they were still great. My friend had the French toast with their homemade sausage. He gave me a taste of the sausage and it’s really delicious. It has a very distinctive flavor with a nice spicy flavor. He thoroughly enjoyed his French toast. Overall a great meal and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommended this place.“
“My hubby, nephew and a friend went for brunch on Easter. Our reserved table was ready as soon as we got there. One in our party got the Mimosa flight, she loved it. I got a pear cider/apple whiskey drink that was great. I got Eggs Benedict with the gouda hashbrowns, the hubs got an all-american (eggs, bacon, toast, gouda hb), nephew got chicken and biscuits with the giuda hb, and our friend got Crabcake Benedict with the gouda hb. Hopefully they can hire more staff because those two employees looked visibly tired as they were doing their best.Because of that, service was slow. The Waitress was helpful & playful, which was great for unstressing us because our car broke upon entering the parking lot, & we were a little stressed...I , as a Vegetarian, chose the Beet Salad, & my Boo chose a Half Order of Ribs which came with Fries, a small loaf of Cornbread, & Coleslaw. If that's a half order, which was huge, I can't imagine how big the full order must be. The Ribs are made in a smoker out back, & my Boo said they're the best he's ever had & even comparing to Ribs he's had in both the West & South that are renowned for their Ribs. Here the best part: The Owner of Surfside likes to go table to table talking to his Patrons, insuring a positive experience is had by all. We had a conversation about how our Car broke entering the lot. Long story short, he overheard us calling an Uber, & offered us a ride home! We accepted a ride home from a friendly Proprietor who gives Customer Service a whole new spin. Needless to say, we have a new favorite Eatery“
“We came as a group of 5 for dinner (work outing). I had 3 of their cocktails which were good. The steak bites were very good, I don't even like steak. Cheese curds weren't my favorite, they had seasoning in the batter and the dipping sauce had a kick. I had the fish sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. The fish sandwich is huge. It was pretty similar to other cod sandwiches, just large. The Mac and cheese was good. I would likely go back to try the Mac and cheese pizza. Parking is never easy in that area.“

Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. The last one I went to had just recently opened in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. There was several corporate people helping out to make sure everyone is trained properly. Simply a wonderful way to create success. Each store that I've been to had very friendly, outgoing employees. I'm guessing it's a good place to work. And very important, all of the stores I've been to look very clean, and orderly. I think the average price is around $15-$16 for a bowl.
