“So good! Nice people - excellent service and GREAT food. The samosas were perfect - not greasy, flaky crust, delicious mint sauce. The chicken momos were delicious - can't wait to try the veggie momos! The garlic naan was light and airy - not at all chewy like some can get. I have had the chicken josh and chicken tika and both were excellent. We will be working our way through the menu!“

This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two others much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our groups needs. She is and example of what a waitress or waiter should be. The food was great and the building / bathroom cleanliness was expletory. My hats off to the manager and staff of the Maple Grove Perkins just south of 694 on Hemlock Lane.“

“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! “This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“

“Situated beautifully along the lake with fantastic sunset views, COV Wayzata offers a wonderful ambiance that is especially enjoyable when the temperature permits outdoor seating. The service was exceptional throughout our visit, beginning with the highly accommodating staff who graciously allowed us to place our first round of happy hour drink and appetizer orders just minutes before the window closed. The tap beer selection is superb, and we started with the truffle fries, which were paired perfectly with a delicious truffle aioli.

One of the main courses we ordered was the steak frites accompanied by green asparagus and béarnaise sauce. While the flavor of the steak was excellent, the cut itself lacked a bit of tenderness. Additionally, while the restaurant boasts a strong wine list, the pricing reflects a remarkably steep markup; a bottle that typically retails for around $40 was priced at $155, which feels a bit excessive (normal for me as a Swede in Sweden, but not in the US…) Despite the steep wine prices, we ended the evening on a high note with a genuinely phenomenal Key Lime Pie. Overall, COV provides a highly memorable lakeside dining experience bolstered by top-tier service.“

“What a beautiful location. I have always wanted to go here when it was Dunn bros but never made it. I got the egg sandwich on a biscuit and it was delicious! The egg was superb and I loved the avocado, arugula, and harissa addition. The biscuit was no ordinary biscuit, it was full of flavor and so tender. The chai was better than any chai I have had from Starbucks and caribou. The atmosphere was cozy and the outdoor seating area was quaint and lovely. I will definitely come back.“

So we stopped at this establishment and the staff and the people in the area were friendly. As for the brew I'm not a beer drinker but I did try the Rosé seltzer and it was really good. “1st - the atmosphere and decor are spot on. It 100% reminds me of getting BBQ back home.

When it comes to the food - it was good but not what I describe as Texas bbq. The sides are not your traditional Texas bbq fare - so I chose what seemed to be ranch potato salad and a cold corn salad of some sort. The potato salad was good - the potatoes were soft and it was creamy, the corn was also good- it had more of a TexMex feel.

For the pulled pork - the flavor was good - the smoke flavor is natural, which I appreciate bc so many places use liquid smoke, which I don’t like. However it was dry, and the bbq sauce was thin and leaned more toward a spiced ketchup taste rather than bbq sauce.

Overall, if you’re just looking for some standard bbq, it’s a good place to stop by but it’s not going to satisfy your craving if you’re a Texas boy or girl looking for a taste of home.“

I'm telling you, just show up. We ordered the Jumbalaya for an appetizer... unbelievable. So flavorful.
