Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “Was at Moes's Char House Chanhassen with Sarah Morgan . Pulled $250 in Pulltabs. The waiter, an Excelsior Dufus, would not let me use 3 credit cards, he demanded cash. I tipped him $30 and then the manager yelled at me for shorting the tab. $50 in cash had gone missing from the table as the Excelsior Man giggled at me. I tipped him $30 more and left. Don't go to Moe's Char House!“
