The manager is amazing (I call her my cookie lady) she is always giving me her recommendations and once when I told her I didn’t like I flavor I bought from another store she said pick one out I’ll give it to you for free - she didn’t need to do that- and I didn’t accept but her customer service is above and beyond!!!!“

“Came on a Saturday at 2pm and was a little sad to see that they didn’t have any of the vegan loaves of bread, but did get a baguette (contains egg) and it was realllllly good. Everyone knows that gluten free bread is not the same as gluten-filled bread, but this baguette had a nice amount of crunch to the outside and it was perfect with soup. Wish they had more vegan options available as not everyone in our family can have dairy and eggs. But absolutely will be back to hopefully snag some more gf goodies again soon!“

We ordered a month in advance to avoid any stress about the desert plans. When we came to pick up the order the day before the wedding, the employees were kind and had everything packaged up and ready to go. The Bundtinis looked adorable on our dessert table and were a big hit with our guests, they were all eaten by the end of the night. When you enter the building, it's not clear which line to enter. They have tablets at one counter, then a server at another counter.
There were no fountain drinks, but you can buy a bottled soda and ask for a glass with ice. A water dispenser is available, but no ice unless you ask for it. I know, it's a small thing, but I like ice in my sodas.
Food options and portions were good. People seemed to enjoy their meals.
Dining area has a good number of tables, and there's also bar seats for single diners.“

The building itself is old and very Swedish even though the history of Swede Hollow is long-past, lots of "hygge" inside (yes I know it's Danish but they did own the country, kinda). A few tables downstairs, one cozy one on the mezzanine, 6-7 upstairs and a neat "conference room" with a very comfy cozy reading armchair.
