“I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. Stay alert!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“AMAZING! We just happened up this restaurant while attending a carshow event. Everything was made fresh so it took a bit to wait. But it was worth it!! The food was amazing, the value for the cost was fantastic and the staff was wonderful!! Although we do not live or work in this neighborhood, we will definitely be back!!“

“I have never been disappointed with this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their sauce so much. I usually get a 2 tender - 1 sauce ratio. I'm not a coleslaw fan or a french fry fan, so when I get the combos, I replace both of those with toast.“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.“

“Got the original sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. Basically chick fil a but way better. Good portions and it was delicious, especially the fries. Would go back just for the fries. It wasn't crowded, there are lots of outlets, food came out fast and was clearly fresh. My new MSP go to place.“

“The Mallards’ smashburger is always one of my favorites no matter which location we visit. Yesterday we celebrated one of my wife’s milestone birthdays and Lisa made the experience memorable! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, humorous, and entertaining. What a treasure for Mallards!“

Even though it was close to closing time and incredibly busy, she kept a cheerful attitude and a smile the entire time. “WOW. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make my order and recommended one of the new blackberry drinks. By time I came back from the soda fountain my food was ready. Clean store, great people and atmosphere. And fast service, I was shocked that my food was ready so fast. Grade A establishment.

Parking: I wish there was more parking. It was a rather small lot.

“Love their chicken. The person who took the order from a drive thru asked me if I wanted to make my order 1/2 spicy and 1/2 original which I never order like that before or even been asked for.
The staff is nice and friendly. Always come back to this area. The only bad thing is they don't make Cajun rice anymore so that's not good.“
