“One of my all-time favorite restaurants for lunch or pizza take-out. My top picks: little gem salad, toscano or trout sandwich, blueberry lemon soda, and soft pretzel with butter. For dinner, their pepperoni and spinach pizzas are my faves. Their chocolate chip cookies are also amazing!“

“I visited this bakery this morning and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service.
I arrived at 7:59 a.m. and watched a young lady come outside to place the folding sign by the door. I asked if they were opening, and she replied, Not yet. By 8:03 a.m., the doors were still locked, and even she had to knock on the glass to be let inside.
Once inside, I asked if cinnamon rolls were available. She said yes, but then went to the back and returned to tell me they were not ready because someone was still putting the icing on them. I asked how long it would be, and she simply said the employee was icing them.
At 8:06 a.m., another employee came out carrying the cinnamon rolls and asked if I had been waiting for them. When I said yes, she turned to the cashier and asked why she hadn't told her I was waiting. The cashier had never mentioned it. Had she done so, the employee said she would have immediately iced one and given it to me.
I explained to the cashier, whose name was Zoe, that I was on my way to work and that the situation reflected poor customer service. Unfortunately, she never smiled, apologized, or acknowledged the inconvenience.
What made this experience especially disappointing is that I visit this bakery two to three times a week, and I have always enjoyed both the products and the service. This was the first time I felt like a valued, loyal customer was simply dismissed. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the friendly, attentive service I've come to expect from this bakery.

“Federhofer’s is our go to bakery for everything we need. Every time I go, they pulled me away. Most recently I was blown away by my kids birthday cake for his fourth birthday. Not only was it adorable, but it was equally delicious. If you’re second-guessing yourself about going here, don’t. This bakery is the bomb.“

I had never even heard of it before, but wow—it did not disappoint! Everything was incredibly good and we’re so glad we stopped. We will definitely be back!“

On more than one occasion I have made the time before work to pick up donuts for my office and have found it closed. They sell out of things early but that just shows how good they are and are trying to not have a bunch of waste at the end of the day.“

“A friend took us here and it was a great experience! The dining was very spacious with cafe tables, and lounge style dining. They have a lot of pastries, cakes and pastries and they were all beautifully displayed and very delicate and prettily designed. My husband and I stopped in and it was and amazing atmosphere. A calm and relaxing place. Quiet enough to read a book. it had so many option fo pastries and savory treats. I had such a hard time choosing what I wanted to try because everything looked so good. I ended up picking a few items and my husband another few. Everything I ate was so flavorful and delicately crafted. I fell in love with this place and was sad to know it might be a long time before I could try it again since I live 7 hors away.

Or so I thought until about a week ago I found a location for Tous les Jours an hour and half away from me in Omaha NE 🥹 I was so excited and have plans to try this location in the next few days. Review for that one soon to come.“
