“Went here after looking up local diners on google, as I try to support family style restaurants when I travel. Walked in and was greeted right away and told to sit where we wanted. Place was pretty full with locals all chatting across tables like a community of friends. I ordered a “three little piggies” omelette and my friend ordered the chicken fried steak. The meal was on our table in under 10 minutes even though the place was packed. My omelette was stuffed to overflowing with meats and the chicken fried steak was almost the size of the plate. My friend also ordered a cinnamon roll to go. When I say this thing was big, that is an understatement. It was the size of a large to go box. Friendly staff, homelike atmosphere, large portions, nicely priced and very tasty. Overall, a great place to eat! Stop by this place if you’re ever in Washington, MO!!!”

It was so delicious tender and flakey, best onion rings, and so much food. I didn’t walk away hungry or feeling gross from the fried food, super light and crispy breading. “My family and I ate here for the first time today! We live about an hour and half away from Union and will definitely be back! It was a 10/10! The food was so good! I got Asiago chicken,Cole slaw, and fries. My husband got the Texas Holdem burger and fries. he said it was one of the best burgers he has had! The waitress was so friendly and she was on top of everything! We didn’t have to wait or even ask for refills on our drinks!”
