He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! “This White Castle location is pretty standard—quick and affordable if you’re craving sliders. I personally don’t like onions, so I always ask for them without, and they get it right every time. The food is fresh, but the service can be a little slow during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a fast, greasy snack, though don’t expect anything fancy.“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... “Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! “This was a Valentines experience. We have been going on Valentines Day for a few years. It is fun to go to an every day fast food place for an upscale experience (wink). This year was a little different. They made a great effort but it lacked some of the charm as in the past. The large photo area was missing, our table cloth appeared to be a couple years old, and the guests didn't seem to embrace the holiday as in the past. In past Valentines visits we have seen people in evening attire (not pj's lol) but all in all it is a fun experience. Thanks to White Castle for continuing the tradition.“

“Literally ALWAYS our fave. We get take out at least every other week from here. Not once have we ever had an order go wrong or any issues with staff or atmosphere. My large family and I love Cane’s it’s in our top 5 places to eat in Arnold for sure!!!!“

“We have done this for 5 or 6 years now, and the last two they keep taking the decorations down and cleaning up before 9:00. It just seems like they're trying to rush you out of there. If you take reservations until 9:00 then maybe you shouldn't take the decorations down until after 9:30. We had an 8:30 reservation and by 8:45 they were pulling the tablecloths off and putting up the decorations. It made us feel like we were being rushed.“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“Every local McDonalds has broken Kiosks. This one was no different. 2 of the 4 screens were off and the one working had an open receipt door. The one one I used(facing away from counter against playback glass) had no receipt paper. This is the only one I've seen that had an employee stationed at the counter though.“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

“Super clean store and the staff was beyond inviting such sweet folks working her tonight it was very refreshing to be invited. We have 4 small kids and as we walked in the cashier greeted us with crowns for each of the kids which I found to be very kind. I'll Def make it a point to stop in if this is how the staff will be every time“

“Friday night around 530pm I went through the drive through to get a quick meal. The young man taking the order and was running the window was polite ,spoke clearly ,and took the order at a good pace. Everything was right with my order, and I was asked about sauces and the napkins were in the bag without me having to ask. And the food was really good!!“

“I like it here. The food is good. LOVE the fries here, same with the chicken nuggets. Sometimes, they can be a little pricey depending on what you get. Sometimes they do forget the sause or grab the wrong sauce, but stick I like to eat here because the food is still rly good. But the one thing that I really hate is the fact that they don't serve lunch until 10:30 and not 10:00 which I know is early but sometimes I really need fries in the morning. 7/10. I recommend 🫠🫶“

“Love coming to this location for my office caterings! The general manager Amber reached out to us and gave us catering coupons and we've been hooked ever since. The delivery driver Holly is also always so pleasant and I love that she calls the day before to make sure we don't need to add anything. If I could give a higher rating I would!“

“Came in today around noon in desperate need of a quick lunch. Thought they had ready slices. They did not.
Asked how long a fresh pizza would take. 10 minutes. Just fast enough for my unreasonable timeframe.
They whipped up two delicious fresh pizzas in about 8 minutes.
The two young people working really saved my coworker and my day. Super nice and great at their job. The pizza is a bit pricey, but the service and quality are both great.“

“We stopped here for lunch and had a fantastic experience! Tim, the manager, was exceptional. As we approached the entrance, he warmly greeted us and held the door open, which was a lovely gesture. Throughout our meal, he checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. Food was fresh and hot, I recommend the garlic burger!

“This is hands down the best Subway in all of Jefferson County and maybe perhaps even in all of Saint Louis too.

I’ve ordered 5-6 pick up orders and my last one was literally at 1:30 (26 minutes abo). That’s how good my sandwich was - that I raced to my phone after I was done eating. I actually even wished I would’ve got a foot-long instead of a 6 inch lol.

I work remotely as a landscape consultant and as a storm chaser in the spring and fall. I am always stopping by subways due to their coupons and rewards system. I eat at many different subways in different states. This is my favorite one. I will always stop by and order when passing even if I’m just slightly hungry or feeling “snack-ish”.

The staff is awesome here, never had an issue and can’t imagine having one in the future. The staff is well trained and they’re all very well mannered. This is the cleanest subway I’ve ever stepped foot in. And. Just for reference, the subway app shows I’ve purchased 63 sandwiches already this year. So if anyone has the right to declare this subway one of the best, it’s me lol….respectfully.“

The girl who did my order for the meat portion should work at chipotle for how little she gave me. I get it there’s budgeting but I remember a time where I was always satisfied with my Qdoba order. “Stopped here for breakfast and it was all great! I still think that of all the fast food franchises out there Hardee's has the best breakfast. Their biscuits seem to be the most like homemade. The stuff at other places look like it just came out of the box and into the microwave. I have always found this location to have consistently good food. Great location and easy access.“
