“Our server Quincy was fantastic. The food, with the exception of the burnt end stew was good. The burnt end stew had very little meat or vegetables. It was basically a fat laden gravy with a little fatty meat. Would not recommend it. The barbecued shrimp appetizer was delicious, as of course the mushrooms and onion rings were too.“

“Jack Stack was my first KC bbq experience 16 years ago, and continues to be my favorite! They introduced me to burnt ends and they were amazing again. I recommend the beef burnt ends but imagine the pork are great as well. We also had the crown prime which is amazing. It is a $16 up charge, but worth every penny. It is so tender and flavorful. I've never seen anything like it at any other barbecue restaurant.The baked beans, Brussels sprouts appetizer and homemade dressings are amazing sides to the bbq that is as good as it gets.“

From the savory items to the sweet items, it’s all good, and their special mix of sweeteners not only doesn’t hit weird on the tongue, but can easily make you think you’re not eating a substitute product! Well worth the cost to ensure better health with each bite!“

“If you're in Overland Park and have a craving for delicious bundt cakes, this cake shop is an absolute must-try. We've had the pleasure of sampling their red velvet and white chocolate raspberry cakes a few times before, and they never disappoint.
This time, we decided to buy a cake for our 3-year-old nephew, and he was absolutely delighted. His exact words were, "You did a great job bringing these cakes!" Hearing that from him was incredibly heartwarming.
Both flavors are incredibly moist and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweetness. The red velvet is rich and decadent, while the white chocolate raspberry offers a delightful combination of creamy white chocolate and tart raspberry.
If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem. Their bundt cakes are truly some of the best we've ever had!“

“My experience was excellent! I ordered ahead and it took me longer to get there than I’d anticipated. I was so grateful to find my juice and bowl in the fridge when I got there to pick it up. I also got ice in my juice and I so appreciate that you put the juice that doesn’t fit in the cup due to ice in another small cup so I don’t get shorted juice. Thank you for thinking of the small things!“

Beware if dining in - it’s always freezing inside and the AC is on full blast, even in the winter. We were so cold we took a few bites and then asked for bk es to go eat at home. I get that it’s warm for the people working and cooking - but I shouldn’t have to wear my coat while sitting down to enjoy a meal.
Otherwise I would give it a better rating.“
