“This is the face of a VERY happy birthday boy. The driver was professional, and very kind to the children. Multiple people around the area were excited to see the ice cream truck too. He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. I was actually able to purchase extra sonic the hedgehog ice creams and snocones! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great reasonable price and so friendly.“

“Clementine's currently has 12 vegan flavors for #Veganuary I love their ice creams and sorbets! Small local chain of ice cream parlors. Woman owned. We tried one of the temporary #Veganuary flavors called Ozark Cabin and it was interesting. Very cardamom heavy flavor. Always has at least 5 vegan flavors on the menu year round. This location is small and not accessible (two big steps to get in the building). Does have a couple of benches and a small table out front as well as a fenced area with tables and chairs to the side of the shop. #Veganuary“

“Every Jeni's that I've been to, across the country, has been a consistently fantastic experience, and this spot is no exception.

It’s massive and immaculately clean, with wonderfully kind and friendly employees who welcome you in and offer samples. There’s a ton of seating all around, and a great people watching spot in the neighborhood.

Every flavor is fresh and delicious. I went for a waffle cone with some of their seasonal fall flavors which really hit the spot. Love the creativity, creaminess, and massive flavor bursts from their ice creams.

Highly recommend this spot for some great ice cream!“

“Amazing service! Staff is well trained in handling food allergies and took great care to make sure ice cream was prepared nut free safely. From my experience, none of ice cream shops in St. Louis asked me about nut allergy before. We got the salt caramel and pumpkin cheesecake. Delicious!!! My kids were happy with their flavors as well. The shop was clean. They had vegan options (black sesame with pistachio and sweet potato). I actually came for the black sesame but vegan flavors here weren’t for me. Bummer!!! I’d come back in summer time to try other sorbet flavors that staff recommended.“

“My husband took me a while back and I continue to go because the ice cream is delicious and the staff is very personable and courteous my favorite is the angel ? and I go just about every weekend sometimes after work during the week days it's just funny because the staff member knows who I am and what I like! “I'm reviewing from the perspective of a long time local raving fan who also chose Jilly's for a corporate event catering.

Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

Authentic Taste: I had the cookies and cream bubble tea and a taro shaved ice (by myself, don’t judge), and I enjoyed both. The bubble tea reminds me of Taiwan. as the boba tastes fresh with perfect texture and chewiness. The shaved ice can easily be shared among 2 people as a fun snack.

Friendly Employees: The owners are very friendly and answer questions. If you know the flavor, texture, and ingredients you want, you can ask them to customize it for you or recommend something.

The only con -
Menu Design: The menu could be simplified as there are too many options. It was very overwhelming to read at first so I went with my regular "Taro" and "Cookies and Creams" flavors. But like I said, the employees are very friendly so that made it less intimidating.

10/10 would come back.“

“I needed a quick Bite and was hungry for breakfast, I was greeted by a worker who said her name was hayley & was recommended the biscuits & gravy. To my surprise its tastes just like something I would make at home myself!! She was so polite which made the food taste even better! Ps if you ask for Modifications they will do almost everything!“

“Charming and a blast to the past! The ice cream is made there and packed into the old 1/ 2 gal style paper cartons. For her BD, I bought a 1/2 gal. of banana ice cream for my wife who grew up in the area and loved it as a kid. She was thrilled and said it tasted every bit as good as it did back when she was a child. Nice people, but bring cash as they don't accept debit cards or CCs.“

“For those who still value the “mom and pop” feel and locally owned black businesses this is the place. Serves high quality food to the community at a good price. Highly recommend the deluxe breakfast burrito if you are a meat lover. She only has turkey bacon turkey sausage etc but I’m telling you the deluxe w all of them combined gone buss every time. And that burrito is fat. In addition to that you got to try that Steak Stir Fry. Not going to put you to sleep but you will still be full. Also if I got the sweet tooth the desserts and ice cream gone hit. Turkey burger got motion. Turkey chili in fall/winter got action. Lastly service is impeccable. Safe environment family friendly. Go get that.“

“I went in today around 8:30pm and the line was about halfway through the store. I saw these 3 blonde boys who seemed to be pretty good friends but they were trying their hardest to get everyone served but this short girl with curly hair came out in uniform from the back who seemed to be on the phone with one her friends laughing and carrying on and didnt help them at all with serving the line of customers. But I would like to note that even though they were having fun they were working hard.“

“Hi I need to report a hazard item I found in my chocolate custard last night. Last night around 10ish to 11:30ish me, my mom, and brother stopped by your place. We all got chocolate frozen custard. It was all good till realized at the bottom of mine I had a hazardous surprise waiting for me. After I ate my chocolate custard I went to drink the leftover milky/melted part remains of it. Note how I have my head tilted back to do this. When I went I did thought I noticed a "chunk" of something in my mouth. I didn't think anything of it at first, thinking it was just ice so I spit it out and planned to throw it out. It wasn't till a few minutes later that I dropped my cup in the car and went ro clean up and turned on the car light inside that I realized what that "chunk" was. I was shocked to find that it was a bottle cap. A BOTTLE CAP. This is highly unacceptable.i could've choked or a little kid could've had this happened to. I have NEVER had previous trouble at your place. In fact this is the Andy's I come to A lot but I guess since I could've choked I need to warn you now because of this, your workers need to be careful what lands in your products. This is unacceptable and an unnerving thought K came so close to choking on it. Not good. Please tell your workers to watch what they are doing and dispose stuff the right way, NOT in a cup about to be used for serving custard to a customer“

“We are visiting town for a band competition. We stopped by to get some ice cream, and was pleasantly surprised that you can get a warm cookie with the ice cream too! Woah was it goooOOOoood! I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!!“
