“You definitely won't leave here hungry!! Get here early!! We arrived on Monday (12/22/24) about 11 am, the parking lot was full. The wait for 2 people was over an hour. We decided we'd come back the next day, so we did. When we got there about 7:30am ish, there was no wait and plenty of parking. Our food was excellent and came out quick!! Hot, fresh, and savory! The portions are very large. We had plenty for leftovers. A few varieties of coffee drinks, hot and delicious ☕ . Our waitress was very nice and prompt. The whole atmosphere of the place is cozy, neat and lots to take in. Seating can get cramped when the place fills up. So probably not best for extremely non social people. The menu has a large variety to choose from. Since the portions are large, we recommend sharing a couple items and taking left overs 😋🤤🥡 when we left, it was about 8:30am, the parking lot was fulling up, but no wait yet. There's so many things on the menu I can't wait to try next time we go. #travelingtourist“

“Honest Review of Billy Gail's in Branson, MO I recently visited Billy Gail's in Branson, and overall, it was a good experience with a few ups and downs. Starting with the positives—the service from my server and the front-of-house supervisor was excellent. Once I was seated, my server was attentive and friendly, and the food was very good. The portions were generous, and the flavors were exactly what you’d hope for from a place known for homestyle cooking. However, the initial impression wasn’t quite as welcoming. The hostess gave off a rather cold and distant vibe upon arrival, which set a bit of a negative tone at the start. Additionally, it took about 20 to 30 minutes before I was even greeted by my server. It turns out she hadn’t been alerted by the hostess that I had been seated, which explains the delay—but it was still a bit frustrating. Despite the rocky start, the good food and strong service from my server and the supervisor made up for it. I’d definitely give Billy Gail's another try, especially since the food and service (once it got going) were solid. Hopefully, they can smooth out the front-of-house communication to create a more welcoming first impression.“

“We loved this gem! We stubbled across this cafe when walking downtown Branson Sunday morning. We were seated right away, food was on our table in under 10 min and it was a wonderful comfort food option! Very reasonably priced and our party of 4 left 4 empty plates!“

“We had dinner there when we were in Branson and it was great! I was busy talking and didn't eat much so the waiter asked if my food was okay he said I didn't have to pay if I didn't like it. I told him it was fine I was just talking a lot I took the meal to go and enjoyed it later. The Flaming Margaritas were amazing!“

“The staff and food here is great! I had a question about the Philly Steak. Our waitress brought the cook to our table so I could ask him. It was the best Philly Steak I have ever eaten!! Went back the next night and had the same waitress. Also met “Scooter” himself. Once again, the cook also came to our table to visit and make sure we enjoyed our food. “This is far and away the best sports bar in town. Heck - they are pretty much my favorite place to eat, period! Their wings are the best ever - char-grilled, not fried or baked (as some mistaken reviewers have claimed. Everything is quite affordable, the service is beyond excellent, and the drinks are excellent! Do they get busy? Heck yes - and that's always a good sign! Do they occasionally have an off night? Doesn't every establishment? But do they respond to issues and take care of the situation? Absolutely! I often joke that this place is my own Cheers bar, as the staff is so good and know my name! If their food, drinks or service sucked, or was incredibly inconsistent, I'd never recommend them. But they are the best in town - and my first recommendation if someone wants a good place to watch a sporting event, they will always be my first choice to recommend!“

“We visited this play about 45 years ago and decided to come again to refresh my memory of the story.. My only issues were the older gentleman, I can't remember the name,Had an accent that was too thick for me to understand most of his words, And we sat in the first 4 rows... Also,the character named Ollie, was put on a bit overdone.. But the production was done well, the horses and others animals worked well..I enjoyed the show and would recommend it!“

“Years ago (about 98-99) my father took me to silver dollar city. We walked through the park and I enjoyed the smells and sounds of everything. Then we walked by a magical stall with huge skillets with fire blazing underneath and mounds of the most mouth watering food I have ever seen. The smell alone was enough to make my stomach rumble. I asked for some and my father uttered the magic words most children grew up hearing "No, we can't afford it". The memory of that food would forever be etched in my mind. I'm now an adult with adult money and no one to say no to me. I finally had that magic fried food and it was everything I wanted it to be. Delicious and amazing. If I ever have the chance to come back I will definitely be wrong here again.“

“We tried Shepherd’s Grill for the first time. It was a Sunday for lunch with our church group just after noon and it wasn’t busy at all whereas other places in the area were swamped. My wife and I shared a sampler platter for $23.00 and my soft drink was $3.00. We thought the service was good and that the portions were worth the price. We both ate our fill and still took home food. However, we both considered the meats to be just satisfactory as the ribs were not falling off the bone and none of the meats were all that savory or tender. But for the price, we were satisfied and will most likely come back again some other Sunday with our church group.“

“Billy Bob’s Dairy Land is such a fun place. It’s small but don’t let that fool you. The food is great (real ingredients) and service is spectacular! Another diner suggested requesting caramel for the sweet potato fries. They will do this if you ask and yum! Make sure you save room for those little pies they have. Sorry, we had it gone before we thought about the picture so you’ll have to trust me on that one. We will be making this a regular stop every time we’re in Branson. There are many pie flavors for us to try!“

“We sat in the bar, and the server was very attentive, but the food took forever to come out. My ribeye was super salty and a little burnt, but I wasn't going to send it back after waiting so long.
The stuffed mushrooms were great, we loved the bread, the mashed potatoes were scrumptious, and the ranch dressing was very tasty.
Prices were typical for what steak usually costs.
Being that there are so many places to choose to eat, I'm not sure that longhorn stood out enough, for us to return.“

“I had several amazing meals at Jack Henry's during my stay at Thousand Hills. The brownie cookie sundae and peach cobbler with ice cream and brandy butter sauce are both luscious! The portion sizes on the Thousand Hills chicken salad, fried mushrooms, BBQ cheeseburger/fries, were quite large. It was all really good! The only downside I found, regarding the food, was the breakfast buffet. It had a pretty nice selection, but many of the items were things that I couldn't eat. I highly recommend dinner and desserts, though. Carissa and Kortnie were very kind and gave tremendous service!“

“We love Cheddars. It is a corporate restaurant and our expectations are consistent with that model. Our meal was as expected with the following exceptions:

1. It is my fault for not checking the ticket prior to departure, but I was charged $7.29 for chips & queso dip after redeeming "free with code" coupon. LESSON: Thoroughly, check your bill.

2. Buffalo rollup: shell was dry and crusty after being seared on a griddle.

The food was hot and delicious. This is the only restaurant where I've actually been able to eat the mozzarella sticks. They weren't overly greasy like others I've had.

The only thing that wasn't great about our experience was the hostess. She was EXTREMELY snarky and rude. We didn't realize that the high chair was the kind you set in the booth. When we asked her about it, she was rude when she responded, "Well, I can't set the high chair in the floor." Girl, you could've been a lot nicer. I didn't get her name, although now I wish I would've.

If you go to Chili's, definitely ask for Tatiana as your waitress. You WONT be disappointed!!!“

“On a beautiful sunny afternoon I rode my goldwing motorcycle through town. I'm not one to treat myself, but thought "what the heck" and stopped at this particular Denny's. JP(short for Jennifer P) welcomed me like family and helped me decide on a black coffee, lumberjack slam with caramel banana cream pancakes on the side. I enjoyed the flavors as if trying them for the first time all over again. The food was not greasy and the coffee was not weak. All in all I was extremely happy with the meal and friendly service. I highly recommend that any decent persons looking for an authentic experience gives this location a try. I think you will be joyfully surprised.“
