“When we pulled up at the drive-thru, the person talking through the speaker was very rushed. He barely even heard anything we said and rushed us to be done ordering. We didn't even say that we were done ordering and he immediately said our total and said to pull up. The food was good but everything was sort of soaked. Half the napkins were unusable because they had already soaked up all the grease, but the rest of the staff was nice.“

“This is the nicest Wendy's I've been to. It looks brand new and is very modern. We stopped in around 5 on a Sunday night and while the drive thru was busy, the inside was not. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty as expected. Plenty of seating inside as well as a few tables outside.“

“Neely had stopped cleaning in a timely manner upon our arrival to bring us menus took drink order & quickly returned with drinks & took our order then gave it to the Mgr Stephanie & another fellow behind the counter , Chris i believe. Neely returned to cleaning until our pizza was ready & promptly brought to our table. Have to say our food was delicious & our dine in experience was a pleasure & I should add in my past experience in general that's not been the case & have refrained from eating at restaurants & It was a welcome return. 1 vote for Pizza Hut as role model to all restaurants to offer a nice clean busy atmosphere in tandem with polite kind staff & service.“

Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

* They made our sandwiches not enough filling up before we were told to leave early.

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.

Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.

Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.

I truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude — it turned what could’ve been an awkward or rushed experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond and representing your workplace so well. I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided.“
