“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“

I have frequented almost all of the cigar places around town and have actuality been very fond of almost all of them, but Aiello’s is just a notch above the rest. Not only do they have great bocce ball courts, great cigar selections, they also have top notch bourbons that are hard to find in bars. (Blanton’s, Bookers, Mid Winters Night, ect…) but to top it off … they are family owned and treat you like you are family. All of the patrons that frequent are always inviting, wether they are playing a game here and there or just watching the games on tv… never once have had a bad time here. “The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

I actually played some old rock and roll from my memory banks to show appreciation, I played can you feel the rain, and more than a feeling on the electronic jukebox songs I knew and appreciated. After they played, guess what happened? The people in the bar started programming R&B and rap on the electronic jukebox. They must've enjoyed the memory. “Never been here to hang out; just an occasional time to drop off/pickup my mom who bartended an occasional Saturday and let me use her car for errands/the day. She CONSTANTLY talked VERY highly of this place and all it's staff being good people with Great heart's ??? My brother Austin Darrow was also a temporary dishwasher/busser who ALSO talked VERY highly of both the staff & its patrons“

“I never even knew this place was here, 15 minutes from where i live. It is cozy with a cool atmosphere for music. It almost reminded me of a small pageant. Its in a historic building. The inside has a nice feel with exposed brick, wood, beams, and wiring but tastefully decorated. Nice bar is there. they DO NOT SERVE FOOD, but they allow patrons to bring in takeout. Im so glad I discovered it. I will be back.“

“Foreplay is always good, everything else was TRASH. Awful service from a completely clueless server. Waited an hour and a half with no food or drink and ended up canceling the order. She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“

“I walked into a classy interior and sat at the bar. I was welcomed there by the owner and he made me feel like a king. I had some fine tequila and ordered the duck. Both were fantastic. The service was wonderful. One of the best duck breast dishes I ever had. Hats off to Westchester for a positive experience“

“We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

1. The bar stools are far too close together.
2. Even though I was given an extra half pour for the extra long wait in getting my (1) order of wings, which I appreciate greatly, it still took far too long to get my (1) order of wings.
3. No Laphroaig, please stock Laphroaig.

1. The Kickin' Buffalo wings are out of sight (especially with a Rumple Minze shooter)

“My parents frequent this restaurant. This was my first time. Our server was genuinely sweet and kind and the food was phenomenal. I needed high protein so I opted for the meatballs appetizer as my meal. It was a hearty portion and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed my leftovers for a couple of days. I look forward to going here again“

“We ate their last night for dinner for the very first time. I must say the food was really good but, our appetizer came out which was the spicy Mac & cheese bites, they were good but cold in the center. I let the waitress know and she apologized. She took them back and bought a freshly made order and they were steaming hot and excellent! I got the double smash burger, which was really good, but it was cooked more like a regular hamburger because on a Smashburger the edges are crispy which adds to the flavor. My hamburger SB edges, even though it was a really good burger! I I would still recommend eating here because the food is really good and the service is excellent! I get it some days,there are off days and maybe that’s what happened. But we will definitely be back!“
