“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“

“Although it’s true that I was at the Rec Hall the reason that I was there was for the Zero Latency VR activity. Basically I got to be a marine fighting zombies on the holodec with 3D glasses. It was an absolute blast and I will definitely do it again.“

I have frequented almost all of the cigar places around town and have actuality been very fond of almost all of them, but Aiello’s is just a notch above the rest. I have tried many times to find something off, because it’s one of those”too good to be true” deals at this place. Not only do they have great bocce ball courts, great cigar selections, they also have top notch bourbons that are hard to find in bars. (Blanton’s, Bookers, Mid Winters Night, ect…) but to top it off … they are family owned and treat you like you are family. All of the patrons that frequent are always inviting, wether they are playing a game here and there or just watching the games on tv… never once have had a bad time here. It’s definitely a place you could take anyone to have a great time… 5 stars“

I actually played some old rock and roll from my memory banks to show appreciation, I played can you feel the rain, and more than a feeling on the electronic jukebox songs I knew and appreciated. “The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

“This place is incredible, and I understand why making a reservation is such a hassle.

When we arrived at our designated time, we were promptly seated and greeted by our server, Erica. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting dishes that we might enjoy the most during our visit. For our first course, we had risotto balls accompanied by a refreshing salad. Both dishes were bursting with fresh flavors and textures.

For our second course, we indulged in a delightful brick oven pizza topped with pasta. After savoring both courses, we never felt bloated, as all the ingredients were imported from Italy and tasted absolutely divine. It was as if we were on an Italian vacation, dining at a restaurant.

To top off our meal, we enjoyed cannolis and gelato, accompanied by a refreshing Americano coffee. These desserts were incredibly refreshing and satisfying.

What truly set this place apart was the ambiance, the thoughtful gesture of providing separate silverware for each course, and Erica’s exceptional ability to engage us in meaningful conversations.

This place is absolutely worth the wait. You won’t find food like this anywhere else, unless you visit Italy. I highly recommend it; as an Italian myself, it reminded me of my Nonna’s cooking.

She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“
