“We went to Syberg's yesterday ... always our spot to meet up with our son and his girlfriend. Service was great, food was delicious..... and the lobster mac was AMAZING! Full of chunks of lobster! Syberg's on Dorsett is one of our favorites! We drive almost two hours to eat there 🙂“

“We came in for a Father's Day gift. Met up with Stephen at the Bourbon and Brews festival hosted by the STL Bourbon Society and was interrsted in the bourbon tasting experience.
We came in on a Sunday and got to experience something so many bourbon enthusiasts rarely get to: tasting and then trying to blend your favorites together.
The first 1hr or so was spent sampling 20 different bourbons, wheats, ryes, and single malt /Barley. The staff was attentive and awesome to interact with. As we tasted our way through the bourbons we ordered the chacuturrie (sp?) Board. The meats and cheese came from a local store and all from MO, and were delicious. Personal favs were the jalepeno & honey cheddar and the cajun sausage.
The last 2 hrs was spent with Stephen and Zach, trying to get our blends to match what we wanted. A lot of trial and error but their knowledge on which whiskey inparted which flavor/heat/abv was impressive. 1st blend too earthy? Zach knew which bourbon was the culprit and how to adjust, and kept at it to get you the blend you wanted.
The end of this 5hr experience (we're on the slow side and took our time) was a bottle that was unique, an experience that left us thinking of when we could come back, and as a bourbon fan; a better understanding of how challenging it is to create a great blend.
For the price of $140/person we had a personalized tasting, a custom bottle ( we picked the name of our bottle), this is an experience everyone should try; especially if you're diving into the bourbon scene.

“Overall, a nice venue to see music. I've sat in balcony and in GA (the floor). GA can be standing or seated - if you have to sit, get there early.
The sound quality and views has/have always been great.

“The drink service was rapid and immediate. there was little to no line and it was done an excellent sort of way the DJ was awesome.
it was my friend's birthday and we were able to celebrate it without getting drowned it out by music or talking.
the games are easy not to play the thing I didn't like was the food.
my pizza was kind of horrible my French fries were overcooked and not even salted. the wings were very bread dry despite being covered in sauce.“
“This place is the most welcoming, warm, full of good people dive bar I have ever been to in my life. Lots of pinball machines, wonderful bartenders and patrons, Dan-o's pizza if you get hungry. The pinball machines are half the cost. They are anywhere else that I've been to. The owners are amazing. And the people are such a great group of people. This place has been my home bar for 4 years and I don't see that changing. I always feel safe, welcome, and protected when I am in this bar. Highly recommend, especially if you are into pinball and punk rock“

“I've grown to love going to this bar although it's always hot. I am friends with a lot of the bands that play there, so I try to show my support. However, I still didn't get an answer as to why they've moved the tables around to where there is no more dance floor? Seems counterproductive when you showcase live music.“

“We came here with our Boston fan group to watch the Celtics for their title clinching game and had a great experience. The staff was super accommodating and the food was great. We look forward to mixing Ice & Fuel into our game watch rotation in the future!“
“Go to this bar. Bike parking right up front, every band I've seen so far are all very good, I immediately made friends with everyone there, I became family in 3 visits. Everyone watches out for everyone, no fights, drinks are very reasonable, there's good parking around back. The bar owner Judy commands respect and everyone loves her. If you like slayer, and pink Floyd, and grateful dead, and megadeth, this is the bar. I'd say it's my favorite bar period.“

“I love that there's a total dive bar in uptight, old money Clayton. Staff is down to earth, the patrons don't get too drunk. Drinks are reasonably priced. If you're in Clayton and want a drink without worrying about who is listening to your conversation, this is the place to go.“

“If you are an average Joe: Robin who withstood manipulation previously, has been influenced by some delinquent, that said that I thought I was the "big man" and shared his complex at my expense without confrontation, and his female bartenders -except the tall one- have demonic fantasies of me. “Bunker's is a nice corner pub with a outdoor covered patio. The price of drinks was much lower than I anticipated, meant more to tip the bartender. Friendly patrons at least the few I met. They were open promptly at the listed hours. Only thing that was missing was music(no ambient music in the background).“

“Coming in there was no one in here. To find they opened late today. Only had wings and fries. Ordered garlic Parmesan, sweet hot, and buffalo. Chicken cooked to perfection. Some of the selections were a little salty to me but overall the food is great and the staff is friendly. Will definitely make this a spot to visit in the future. You can rent out the whole place for a reasonable fee. Don’t sleep on this establishment. Did I mention it’s black owned.“

“I love dive bars! The food is pretty good and the staff super friendly. They have daily specials for food and drinks. One of my personal favorites are the mini tacos. The pizza is a thin crust St Louis style. Check it out. The crowd varies depending on what day of the week and time of day you go.“

“We have been to this bar for years. It's very much a part of our lives. It's a small, unassuming place with a pool table, few games, and a jukebox. The narrow setup can make it feel crowded at times but most of the time it's comfortable. The people are friendly. The drinks are inexpensive. The vibe is always fun! Fyi they do allow smoking like a lot of bars in the area.“
