Vegetarian options: Well it is a build your own ? so vegetarians love it too especially the salads omg.

Parking: Right out front of the building and handicapped ?️ as well

Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind and young so they interact with the kiddos and make them party if the Imos experience.“

“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“

“We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

“We are from out of town and always get a pizza from Imo’s while here. When ordering it this evening I just chose the closest location to where we were. I was surprised it was in a gas station but it was good food when we ate it, like always. I actually really like this concept. We had to get gas, use the restroom, got our pizza and got drinks. “The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

Parking: Spots infront of restaurant &huge parking lot belonging to Walmart one row behind &to the side. Plenty of parking for the whole strip.

Kid-friendliness: The ladies are super friendly with my kids. Always answering questions &asking them how they are doing also&what they are interested in. So nice. Family feelings when we walk in the door.

“I am so glad someone re-opened this business in downtown Defiance! Please stop through and check this place out! The good was delicious! I went for the reuben and my companion went for the Frisco burger. It did not disappoint! The sandwiches were delicious and the portions generous. The staff was plenty and helpful with our selections. They upgraded the interior but kept a few of the squirrel decor from before. The outside had lots of seating and we took advantage of the beautiful weather to sit outside. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure they kept the iced tea coming, and checking on us from time to time. I highly recommend this place whether you are driving or even bicycling through. This is very close to the Katy Trail, so you can park your bike and have a sit down.“

I order from them once every week or two. Pizzas, boneless wings and/or fries. A mix of delivery or pickup.
The buffalo burnin' hot sauce is straight addictive!

My order has been correct and cooked to perfection every time, and service is always super friendly and timely.

Correction: I think they once gave me original fries instead of cajun fries. But the fries are amazing, so I didn't mind.“

“They had new cooks on the line. Accidentally sent me 8 T-ravs instead of 10. Counted them didn’t know how much it was supposed to be. Caleb answered the phone, I asked him “are there supposed to be 8 T-ravs in each order ?” He immediately said no it should be ten what was your order number? I told him and although I insisted I come pick up the other 2 he said he’d have a driver on my way with a whole new order in just a minute. Got here in 10 minutes. “I want to give Papa Johns a HUGE Thank You for saving the night for me! I called and needed pizzas delivered to my daughters work after another pizza place (Marcos) were not helpful over the phone. Should of called here first! I wanted to surprise my daughter and staff with pizzas after her ‘not so good’ day then having to work late so Darrione at Papa Johns handled everything for me making me feel at ease by delivering 4 pizzas. The wonderful young lady deliver them and wouldn’t give any hints who they came from except ‘Secret Santa’.
