There’s not a lot of scratch Kitchens anymore, It’s almost like who can cook sysco food the best, But this place hand breads chicken, cuts their steaks, make dressings from scratch, I can’t say enough good things about this place!“

Ordered a curbside pick up but when we got there they didn’t show the order. Not a problem because within minutes the manager, Andrea made sure our order went in quick and even added extra salad and fries too! Andrea, you couldn’t have made a glitch turn out any better! Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate. The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations. Best of all, I talked to Scott and meet Sergio with the El Tio Pepe family all there helping and smiling. Thank you, again. While I was waiting for takeout after a long day at work, I got to see how genuinely kind and caring they were toward one another. One employee had finished his shift and was waiting for a ride, and the way everyone interacted with him—including one of the younger hosts helping his dad encourage him to head home—was just so sweet and genuine.

“We had our son and daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner at Mellow Mushroom and boy, did we choose a great place! They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. Between her and her crew of helpers (for lack of a better word), we were taken care of so well. Tara, the bartender also tended to us with quick and excellent service. The general manager Ahmad checked on us several times to be sure we were happy and everyone was taken care of. Food and drinks were quickly and deliciously served and enjoyed. The atmosphere is so fun and upbeat. I don’t think we had one problem (except us being 7 minutes late - so sorry about that!!). We go to Mellow Mushroom as a couple and a family and now we can add as a wedding party and extended family. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!“

“Okay….. so every time I come to a Waffle House and order a waffle, my expectations are pretty low, because….. it’s a Waffle House. Decent food, decent prices and you always know what to expect (service is usually good, too).

But at this place, apparently they have the “new” waffle irons. I ordered a waffle and it was fantastic!!! Light, fluffy, THICK, tasty! Definitely worth a stop for breakfast!

Heide was our server and she was friendly, courteous and heppful!

Next time we pass through St. Louis, this will be a place we stop!

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I found it while Googling for a place to eat a couple months ago. I've ordered food or dined inside about ten times since. My wife says im addicted. The country fried steak...fantastic. The ribs....stupid good. The mucho nachos...pure ecstasy. I told a waitress there once I was going to see if I can get the nachos with the meat from the ribs instead of beef. I swear if they put that on the menu, they could charge $50 and im still buying it. I'll continue eating here because the food is incredible, portions are plenty, and the waitresses are always friendly.“

When I say every person who has ever waited on us at Dos has been kind, prompt, attentive, even observant of our needs, this would be an understatement. “Honestly, when I first saw this place get put in, I thought “there’s no way that will last.” I didn’t even want to try. Now years later, it’s still standing, and I decided I wanted to try it. My first visit I had the pretzel bites and I was amazed at how much I got, and how good and fluffy they were.

Now my second time I decided to try a burger, specifically the Frisco burger. And it is absolutely amazing and so are the home made garlic pretzel chips.

If you are like me and decided not to try it because it doesn’t have good “curb appeal” then please do yourself a favor and go get yourself some pretzels.

The prices are very reasonable as well. And because of that and the quality of the foods I will probably become a regular at this restaurant“
