“My husband and I were on an anniversary road trip from Tennessee and decided to come to St Louis to see the Arch way. We decided to eat at Ace’s Smokestaq for an early dinner! Antonio and his family are so amazing and the food was absolutely on point! We felt like family! “I got the fried catfish, it was so hard if I threw it at the wall it would have put a hole in it. The sweet potatoes were from a can, no nutmeg, just sweet, the mac and cheese had some bacon or something in it that was crunchy. Cabbage was mushy, fried chicken had no seasoning to it, the bake chicken was just wet. For $70.00, do not waste your money or time. A hard No!“

“We ordered lunch for our staff and we all truly enjoyed it! We picked up the food, which was well packed, and they even helped us out to the car. The food tasted delicious. The Cajun pasta was a staff favorite! What a great find! We will be ordering from them again.“
