“This is a mixed review. First the positives. The waiter Rob was superb. Pleasant personality and attentive but not intrusive. The busboy (I didn’t get his name) was also very professional, nice and efficient. There were six of us in the party and four in the party were happy with their meal.

Now for the shortcomings. I had the tenderloin medallions Oscar. I have honestly never had a tougher cut of meat. It was definitely overcooked. In fact, I asked my wife to try a small piece and she was shocked at how hard it was to chew with it being a tenderloin. The side dish of lyonnaise potatoes were dry and had no seasoning.

My wife had the Queen Cut Prime rib and it, likewise, was not tender in the least. I had a small cut and felt the same way. She did like the side dish of twice baked potatoes, and she really liked the key lime pie.

So, in summary, four of the six were happy. Just two of us weren’t. For the price of the tenderloin medallions and the prime rib entrees, I think the expectation of “tender” is a given with these two entrees. Sadly, the reality did not meet our expectation.

Not a disastrous night by any means, but not a superb one either.

“Ill start off with the service, it wasn't good our server was just okay for the most part but when they brought out the food one server had know idea which plates go to which guest she literally asked us where is position 6 which we had no idea obviously, and one steak was not done right and it took a half an hour for it to come back out, plates or not taking off the table after we got done eating and sat there for a while, it was very loud in the restaurant as well, but im willing to give the establishment another chance everyone has a bad day at times.“

Our waitress was friendly and patient as she answered all of our questions. We started with the lobster bite appetizers which were to die for. Served hot from the kitchen. We proceeded to enjoy one of the best appetizers we've ever had. Our salads came next. Cold with just the right of dressing. Steaks received were cooked exactly as we ordered. Tender and juicy , almost didn't need a knife. Unfortunately with the awesome meal we just enjoyed, there was no way we could have ordered dessert. Perhaps at our next visit we might splurge. “We have been coming for years. However I will say today our food was amazing! I had my sister try them today and she got rib tips, and I got sirloin tips. The food was cooked to perfection and tender! I don't get to go as often, but definitely glad they are still around with the deliciousness lol“
