“Words absolutely can not begin to describe how amazing this shop is. My husband, myself, our 4 year old and our infant ended up with a flat tire today and had no where to go so we headed here thinking it was a cafe. Unfortunately, it only had a bench for a waiting area inside. However, the staff was immediately helpful and allowed us to stay in the waiting area, gave us cold waters to cool off and never once got upset about us being there so long waiting for the tow truck. We were there for about an hour and a half and the staff here was just so kind and understanding and reassured us through all of our apologies and asking if it was ok we stayed there. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew it was ok and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. They are hands down the nicest people and will always recommend Kaldi's Coffee and their amazing staff. Thank you so much for helping us today and for keeping my family out of the heat while we waited!“

“When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!“

“I drove 30 minutes to be able to try the Venezuelan sweets and savory food. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The bread that was used for the food is very soft and tastes fresh. You can really tell that the food is made with a lot of care. Some of my personal favorites are the cachitos filled with ham and bacon and turkey and cream cheese. My favorite bombas is the one filled with the pastry cream. The pastry cream has the perfect level of sweetness. I highly recommend that you try this food. You won’t be disappointed ?“

The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice and asked if I needed it earlier? I told her I was just confirming it would be ready at 5pm and she confirmed yes. When I arrived at 5:30, I picked up the cookie cake and the gentleman on duty was polite. The cookie cookie was delish and just like I remember as a kid. “Great place. Great owners. Has almost everything you need but if they dont that are very responsive and will get what you need. Rates are also very good. Great place for us to get our food ready for our food truck. Ownership also went above and beyond for us. Knowing that we were new to the food truck game, they allowed us to stay a little while longer to make sure we got everything done.“
