Excellent food and service. However, they have recently updated their menu with higher prices. $4.15 for coffee or tea!!! Ouch. Never have I ever seen coffee or iced tea that expensive. Food prices are reasonable. Beverages for two people cost $8.30, the cost of a breakfast burrito. What gives??“

“On July 12, got two orders of the hot honey chicken tender sandwich. They were overcooked and were hard and dried out. The last time I had them, they were cooked just right and very tender. Lately, I feel it is hit or miss.“

“I like the variety of meals they offer. The “right bites” meals are usually very solid. I appreciate that they started offering more high-protein options for those with stricter diets. My only suggestion is that they should offer condiment packets outside of the package so we can pick based off of personal preferences.“

“Such a cute restaurant! It gives like country club vibes but everything is affordable - I spent alot because I wanted to try too much!! The peanut butter bars with caramel on top??? Amazing. I came because WashU had an event with this as catering the other day and it was so good I had to come back. Great lunch spot and the line moves pretty fast.“

“I absolutely love Star Cafe. It’s one of the very few places I can take the kids, feel safe, and not feel judged if my little one is having a bad day. “Aug 11 about 9:30 am. What a wonderful brunch spot. It’s between two sections of a shopping center and at a hair raising intersection but the breezeway was perfect on a summer day. Friendly staff, interesting menu, and a quick correction to an erroneously executed special request. We all ordered a different dish but all 5 of us were happy with the presentation and flavor. And no side-eye for lingering. Wish I didn’t live 300 miles away-I’d definitely come back!!!“

“I’m a big fan of Kaldi’s Coffee, so I was thrilled to find this drive-thru location in Ellisville. It would be great to see more spots like this for added convenience, especially as an alternative to the usual SB options. As always, my coffee and zucchini sunflower seed bread were fantastic. If you haven’t tried their coffee yet, I highly recommend it!“

“As a long time customer of the Posh Nosh, I have to say the service, atmosphere , and food is impressive. The Rachel is my go to sandwich, however , any sandwich will satisfy any palate. “This is a very busy Panera so it can take awhile to get an order sometimes but this is one location that has never made a mistake and I've never been unhappy with the quality, unlike some other locations in the area. I hope they keep this one AS IS with the fireplace because that's what makes BreadCo special .“
