Everything sounded so good it was tough to decide what to get. We all got different meals to share and all of it was delicious! And pretty big portions, oh it was SO good. I had a medicinal mushroom coffee tasted great and had me feeling great all day.“

“Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

Excellent food and service. However, they have recently updated their menu with higher prices. $4.15 for coffee or tea!!! Ouch. Never have I ever seen coffee or iced tea that expensive. Food prices are reasonable. Beverages for two people cost $8.30, the cost of a breakfast burrito. What gives??“

My only suggestion is that they should offer condiment packets outside of the package so we can pick based off of personal preferences.“

“We order delivery from this place quite frequently at work, and it is TOO GOOD! They have soups, salads, sandwhiches, and desserts. It's perfect for a quick bite to eat for lunch, or for a full meal. The portions are generous regardless of if you get half or full orders. The whole salads are huge, and even the half salads are pretty big. You can do a lot of customization as well. Food is always fresh and very tasty. Love this place!“

“On the campus of Missouri Baptist University. Limited parking. Mostly a hangout for college students, however we enjoyed it. We only ordered coffee, which could have been hotter. No cookies when we visited. Service was very polite and prompt.“

“Aug 11 about 9:30 am. What a wonderful brunch spot. It’s between two sections of a shopping center and at a hair raising intersection but the breezeway was perfect on a summer day. Friendly staff, interesting menu, and a quick correction to an erroneously executed special request. We all ordered a different dish but all 5 of us were happy with the presentation and flavor. And no side-eye for lingering. Wish I didn’t live 300 miles away-I’d definitely come back!!!“

It would be great to see more spots like this for added convenience, especially as an alternative to the usual SB options. As always, my coffee and zucchini sunflower seed bread were fantastic. “I came in on a day where it was REALLY busy and a lot was going on. Luckily, I had time to sit and wait for my food. I had ordered ahead and Linda and Kat at the front were was trying to help me find my food. Then, Jacquelyn came over to speak with me and hesitantly told me it could be 15-20 minutes. Told her it was no problem and I had my NYT games to play. She offered me a free drink while I waited, apologized profusely, and checked in whenever they were working on my order. It was a hectic day but the customer service was doing a great job.“
