“I recently visited the KFC in Fenton. The experience was exceptional thanks to Shannon and Christina. As a parent with three kids, dining out can sometimes be a bit hectic; these two ladies made our visit incredibly pleasant.
Their kindness and thoughtfulness truly made our evening. The food was delicious, and their customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, making us feel welcome and valued.

“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.“

“I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. We went in about 9:45 in the morning and were immediately greeted by Mathew. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! “This was our first time here so I tried the 2x3 and did level 0 and level 1. I also got a side of the corn fritters! The wings and tenders were so good, it had a little heat to level 1 but it was great! Crispy and juicy chicken! The fritters were so good! They have the best refreshing frozen lemonade. The food came out in a good time and it was hot and fresh! The food was bagged for take out but we ate inside! Cool space with a few tables, not crowded! Mikalah took our order and she was so sweet and helped out a first time visitor! Can’t wait to come back!“

James takes our orders, knows our names, brings us refills without being asked, works constantly doing whatever needs to be done including cleaning tables and disposing of trash. He has a wonderful personality perfectly suited for greeting and serving customers in all ways.“

“Absolutely love raising canes chicken.
The tenders are always fresh, don't understand how they do it.

Almost every where else you have an occasional bad visit. Where the food is cool or the fries are warm.

But it has never happened at canes to me before and I eat there about 9 x a month

And the dipping sauce is used on everything. Fries, bread and tenders“

“1 of very few places that still sells chicken gizzards & livers. Fan of Lee's (location not important) Famous Fried Chicken for over 50 years. Best chicken fried steak, bar none, I have ever eaten.
With so many more fried chicken chains open today, I'm so glad Lee's is 1 of 4 chicken places in existence from my childhood. All 4 still offer better tasting chicken than the new chains.

Parking: All locations. Closest to me is Arnold. Worth the 1-1/2 hr drive. Wish St. Francois Co. would open a few.

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“
