“The food and service were just fine when I went for the first time. The meatball marinara sub I opted for was just filling enough, AND tasted great topped with tomato, lettuce, provolone cheese, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and Southwest chipotle sauce on Italian herb and cheese bread, slightly toasted. The cheese was just melted enough to give it a real pizza like texture and taste. Another favorite submarine sandwich I really like here is the Spicy Italian. Either way, they're always topped with plenty of meat and cheese! The chocolate chip and white macadamia nut cookies are really tasty. A foot long sub combo is more than enough for me to eat in one meal so I save half my sandwich for a snack later in the day. And the employees always seem friendly and do a great job making my sandwiches.

“This location has always done a great job at being consistent and accurate with my orders. Picklemans is a solid sandwich chain, they have a lot of sub sandwiches to pick from. I personally love their Italian beef with spicy gardenia peppers. They have a fantastic bread that’s soft and delicious. They also have great peppers here and you can get a jar of them too. My wife really loves their meatball and she just won’t try anything else. I have also tried their buffalo chicken sub and well anything else that’s spicy and love it all. We also very much enjoyed their pizza. The service here is usually fast and efficient and well everything hits here. Also the service is generally polite and friendly. The location itself is a decent size, they have space to dine in and plenty of parking in their shopping center.“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

The place was clean the food and the service was on point and I want to give a special shout out to the person who appeared to be the manager his name is Caleb with a C and you could tell he had everybody on point and getting things done on time.

There was a great team atmosphere at this location—Caleb was already preparing the other team members of the plan for the upcoming weekend blizzard expected.

So if Caleb is not a manager, he needs to be one for Lions choice somewhere.“

“Proper old school diner with the kind of filling food you would hope to find. Only draw back is no all day breakfast, but the lunch fare was more than worth missing out. The bacon cheeseburger was somehow both a delightful fried and crispy flat top smash burger and the kind of thick patty you'd usually find in one of those $20 'gourmet' burger joints.“

“Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop was located right next to my eye doctor, so my Mom and I decided to have lunch here. The staff were friendly and the owner was front and center, in front of the register. I chose the BLT and my Mom got the Homemade Turkey. I liked my BLT and my Mom enjoyed her Homemade Turkey, but she noted that the turkey was a bit too dry for her tasting. The bread was super good but almost a bit too filling since it’s a soft white bread. We would come back though because it was somewhat affordable and very clean inside.“

“We love their loaded sub! I raved about it so much that my husband decided to try it, which is completely out of the norm. Now, we travel from about 20 miles away just for these great sandwiches! “The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. We ordered the medium Engineer (with wheat, no onions, no Mayo, and spicy Cajun Mayo modifiers) and a large Turkey, Bacon, Ranch subs without modifications. We loved both. Bread and sub ingredients were fresh and extremely satisfying. We never receive bad service or messed up orders. Bonus? Firehouse supports first responders and loves military...active, retired, or veterans!“
