“Every local McDonalds has broken Kiosks. This one was no different. 2 of the 4 screens were off and the one working had an open receipt door. The one one I used(facing away from counter against playback glass) had no receipt paper. This is the only one I've seen that had an employee stationed at the counter though.“

“We went through the drive thru everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with the service. They were polite, efficient, etc... The employees did nothing wrong. However, I don't know if it was what I ordered, but the sandwich was horrible. The fries and shake were great, but the loaded Italian was small (I understand you don't choose the size) , luke warm, soggy, the lettuce was slimy, and overall kind of gross. I couldn't eat it and it was rather expensive, but I wanted to try something new. I don't know if there's anything you can do about it, but like I said it might just be the way that sandwich is...???“

“Love coming to this location for my office caterings! The general manager Amber reached out to us and gave us catering coupons and we've been hooked ever since. The delivery driver Holly is also always so pleasant and I love that she calls the day before to make sure we don't need to add anything. If I could give a higher rating I would!“

I'll have to say, I hate doing this review.
I had high hopes after our last visit.
As happy as we were in the food and service last time, I had the opposite experience last night. I dropped in after work to grab some food, on my way home. It was late around 11:15pm.
After ordering I sat at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes. There was a line of probably 4 or 5 vehicles behind me waiting also. Who knows how long they waited.
I noticed 3 bags of food to go on the counter inside that sat there for quite some time. The young kid working finally appeared and grabbed the first bag and handed it to me. I figured they weren't ready having sat there for a while.
The food was cold. What a complete fail.
2 cold meals for $20.
Maybe just a bad night but it'll more than likely be my last trip for a long time.

We have tried 2 times now, after our bad experience.
I believe things are turning around. There seems to be a resurgence of Steak and Shake. Good for them!
We've always liked the style and crispy edges burgers they serve. The fries are some of the best in our opinion.
Please keep up the good work and we'll keep eating here!

“They would of gotten 5 stars but they were so slow and no communication skills while waiting or when we arrived.
The restaurant was messy. Trash outside and with only 1 person sitting eating inside, they should have been cleaning table and floors.
One employee had no gloves while boxing our burgers before bagging.
I did ask for new ones.
Was polite but still no communication skills. No 2nd apology. WEIRD“
