I went inside to remedy the situation and the young man who helped me was very helpful, explained what was going on, and gave me a new item that was more to my preference. I appreciate the good customer service since it’s often not the case at many places. The food was hot and delicious“

“Whoever was running the counter on this day- she is an employee whom I hope is treated well. Although assertive, she was polite and worked quickly. She ran the front counter, fulfilled orders, and handled drive thru ordering like a real boss. This place would probably not function well without her.“

“The first time I ate it I was impressed, how delicious the chicken was crunchy and juicy, they have a delicious sauce, I went for the second time just as delicious (the only bad thing was that this time the cabbage salad was damaged) but the rest of the rest was delicious I forgot to mention the very soft bread.“

“A very chill and clean space that has a focus on really freaking good korean style fried chicken- you dont really have to talk to anyone, you can order of a n electronic menu and a little robot brings you food to the table. There is an nice assortment of sides and known korean specialty items to jazz it up.“

Edgar took my order verbally over the phone and made the transaction a better experience than the poor Online experience... please fix so employees like Edgar don't have to manually fix an easy solution... I love Popeyes food... think that you would have the Online process perfected by now.“

“They have good chicken, most of their business appears to be drive through. The store is located close to fairly busy intersection so getting in or out can be a little tricky depending on traffic. My wife is partial to chicken in general but she seems to prefer Churches. So when we are in that area we stop by.“

I also had shrimp which wasn't fried quite crispy enough for me. The service... I asked for a honey mustard and was abruptly told that she could only give me ONE and if I wanted MORE I would have to pay. I didn't understand the attitude and I said I asked for A honey mustard and one would be just fine. A sign said to check your order before you go and I moved aside to check. I felt like I was annoying her by doing so.“

Clean, met with a smile, fast service etc. Plus, when checking out with a credit card, one is not faced with the tip me option at all the other fast food companies.
