“It took us a while to be able to snipe a reservation and I can certainly see why they need them for dine in. They do not have a lot of tables at all. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. The service was attentive and prompt. Be careful though since they don't have a lot of tables they do rely on people respecting the allotted time for their reservations. I'd probably do to go more just because the food is so very good and I don't necessarily need a sit down experience. I can't wait for them to move to tower grove east because then they'll have more tables.“

“We ate at La Belle Vie this morning and were amazed at the portion sizes, how well seasoned everything was and the cook on our food. The coffee was delicious and they even make their own chai which is the best we’ve had at any coffee shop. We make our own and are quite picky and would absolutely order again! We are self proclaimed food snobs who have catered small and large events with everything made from scratch. This is now one of our favorite places and we’re so happy to have found them. The service was friendly and helpful. We met the owners who are absolute gems and their staff exudes the same happy, friendly attitude. Must try. Must go back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“

“I really enjoyed my afternoon/evening here. It's grungy, painted black, inside and outside bars, tables on the patio and bar stools at the bar inside. There are so many video games that I used to play. Basketball and skee ball and tabletop games. The only downside was not having a barstool to sit on while playing games.“

It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“We were in town (from the Twin Cities) for the 2025 President's Day Classic, and had Hogtown Smokehouse cater a team (and parents) dinner for 30 in our hotel. Rico was fantastic in helping us out. Quick to respond to calls and emails. Gracious, and just wonderful altogether... and that's just the service. The food? The empty pans, told the story. Brisket, Turkey and Pork for meats. Mac & cheese, potato salad and beans for sides. EVERYTHING was amazing! I never right reviews, but Rico and staff deserve this one. If you're reading this, don't hesitate to give them a try. I obtained a Build-Your-Own-Waffle of the caramel, candied pecans, and whipped cream variety and I'll be honest, I still haven't fully recovered. Everything else in this world is just a bit disappointing now in comparison. The waffle was hot and comforting, the whipped cream cool and refreshing, and as for the candied pecans, what needs to be said, they were delicious. I'm a changed man now, I now wonder about life's great philosophical questions and wonder, could a waffle be the answer? Could such a complex problem have such a simple solution? I leave you with this, you can go through life aimlessly seeking out what you need to fill the void in your life to achieve happiness, or you could get a waffle.“

“This was such a cute little family owned restaurant. While it looked like most people picked up for delivery, you can eat in and they give you paper plates. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had fried basil in it and it was so unexpected and delicious! My littles loved the stir fry noodles. Also unexpected was what they called Chicken Chili stir fry! The pork belly melted in our mouths!! Absolutely delicious. We will be back“

“Had resv for 4:00 on a Sat, got there at 3:25 asked to sit at table to get drinks, told we could, then someone else said no since r resv wasn’t until 4:00. Said we could sit at bar but all tables in bar were taken! Freezing cold inside, put 7 of us at a table that would hold 10-12 people had to scoot down to other end to try and get warm. Food finally arrived way later than those around us! No one in the rest. hardly but we couldn’t sit at a table till 4:00. Not very friendly about it! Food not impressed with! Will not go back, done!“

“This place is the most welcoming, warm, full of good people dive bar I have ever been to in my life. Lots of pinball machines, wonderful bartenders and patrons, Dan-o's pizza if you get hungry. The pinball machines are half the cost. They are anywhere else that I've been to. The owners are amazing. And the people are such a great group of people. This place has been my home bar for 4 years and I don't see that changing. I always feel safe, welcome, and protected when I am in this bar. Highly recommend, especially if you are into pinball and punk rock“
